The expansive dining room seats guests next to a series of arches framing the pool and the sea. Off the living area, there is a gourmet kitchen with light wood cabinetry, a center island, two sinks, two refrigerators, a gas cooktop, and Bosch appliances.

Each of the five bedrooms are separate from the main living area and have exterior access. Two bedrooms are on the main level, and two more bedrooms are a few steps down. These suites are accessed from the courtyard. The master suite’s ample closet space, private terrace, and ensuite bathroom provide ample space to relax. The bathroom features a glass-walled shower, double vanities, and a separate toilet and bidet. Next to the master suite, there is a twin bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
