Nuit d’Etoiles has a gorgeous design with modern decor, open floor plans, and luxurious amenities. It’s really close to several beaches and stores, but also hidden in Terres Basses for privacy. You’ll love the tranquility and convenience of this two-bedroom villa.
Modern villa in a great location!
Nuit d’Étoiles rests in Terres Basses, an exclusive community on the western end of St. Martin. This two-bedroom villa offers comfort, privacy, and convenience to Baie Rouge and Plum Bay.
The villa’s infinity pool rests on the edge of the wooden sundeck. Four-poster daybeds perch on the lower level of the deck, and loungers lay on the opposite end of the pool. Open-concept pavilions provide shade to an al fresco dining area and a small living area. Nuit d’Etoiles also offers an outdoor kitchen with a bar and a barbecue grill.
The living area features a lounge with a plush sectional and an entertainment center. The dining room rests in between the living area, the kitchen, and the entryway. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, expansive countertops, a coffee machine, and a blender. Both of Nuit d’Etoiles bedrooms have air-conditioning, king beds, flatscreen TVs, ensuite bathrooms, and exterior access to outdoor showers and terraces.
Nuit d’Etoiles is less than five minutes from the beach and grocery stores. Restaurants and shops are 10 minutes away, and the villa is 15 minutes from the airport.

We love this place. Although it is not right on the beach, it is a fantastic villa.
