Know Before You Go...®
Terre Azure is a dream! I’d recommend this villa for family vacations and getaways with friends, because the bedrooms are private and spacious, yet under the same roof. I love how huge the terrace is, there’s so many spots for reading, dining, lounging, and napping! Beaches are near by as well as many wonderful restaurants.
Large Beautiful Estate
Terre Azure sits in Terres Basses, an exclusive residential area in St. Martin with views of Simpson Bay Lagoon.
The wide terrace holds a freeform pool, gazebo, lounging chaises, and covered seating. A lightly sloped wading area leads into the pool, perfect for new swimmers and handicapped guests. Lounging chaises along one side face the lagoon, nicely situated for afternoon sunbathing. Under the portico, an outdoor living and dining area offer respite from the sun. There’s also covered dining under a poolside gazebo. There’s also a secluded Jacuzzi, for romantic evenings or privately relaxing. A private patio sits nearby, ideal for watching the sunset.
Just inside, the expansive living area is marked by a luxe staircase and plush white couches. The media room is separate from the main living space, with a wide screen TV and wide sectional for movie night. The gourmet kitchen opens to the terrace via the breakfast bar, and wraps around a cooking island in the center of the space. The opening to the breakfast bar brings in a view of the harbor.
There are four bedrooms total, and two are part of the Master Suite, which opens to the private terrace and Jacuzzi. They each have air-conditioning, a king-sized bed, TV, DVD player, and ensuite bath. The remaining two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and face the infinity pool. Both overlook the Lagoon, with their own ensuite baths, exterior and interior access. Both have king size beds.
Terre Azure is a five minute drive from everything guests could want. Beaches, the supermarket, and fine dining are all within a few minutes, making this villa luxurious and convenient. Guests can also use the boat dock to access Simpson Bay lagoon.
