Crescent Beach Estate has tons of space for large groups, with two separate villas to offer. Each villa has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living area, and outdoor space. You and your guests can go between each villa as you please, so every night can be a party. Crescent Beach Estate is in a protected bay, and the calm waters draw yachts and sail boats to dock. A 10-minute drive will get you to the west coast’s beaches, shops, and the airport.

Crescent Beach Estate encompasses two vacation rentals that have harbor views and a coastal location. This fully air-conditioned property is made up of The Beach House and Crescent Beach Villa, and is in quiet, peaceful Bequia. This estate would be ideal for a family vacation or corporate retreat.
Crescent Beach Villa has an infinity pool surrounded by gardens, two outdoor dining areas, and a BBQ grill. The living and dining room have wood floors and cathedral ceilings, and the kitchen is well-equipped with basic appliances and a bar. All three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, french doors leading to the deck, and large wardrobes. The master bedroom and twin bedroom can only be accessed from the exterior. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an outdoor shower. The double bedroom is in the opposite wing, and has both exterior and interior access.
The Beach House’s living and dining spaces have highly polished wood floors and classic colonial charm. The kitchen is well-equipped, and connects to outdoor dining areas. The upper level has one double ensuite bedroom that overlooks the swimming pool, and the lower level has two double ensuite bedrooms. The bedrooms have large wardrobes and french windows leading out to the balconies. The home has two separate pools; the upper level has a long lap pool, and the lower level has a refreshing plunge pool.
Crescent Beach Estate sits in a protected bay with calm waters and gentle trade winds. The beach has coral sand, and yachts and sail boats are often anchored in the bay. West coast beaches, shops, and the airport are all less than 10 minutes away.
