Evie is a 4-bedroom villa located in Sunny Bay Estates, a gated community on the Southern Shores of Providenciales. This stunning property is located just steps from the beach and offers stunning views of the ocean from almost every room.
The sun-drenched terrace of the property has a rectangular freshwater pool, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and partial sea views. Guests can bask in the sun and listen to music on the surround sound system, lounge on the plush furniture set up on the veranda, or they can try their hand at barbecuing on the outdoor grill.
The spacious open floor plan smoothly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Arcadia doors border the living area, where guests can relax on the plush sectional couch and enjoy movies on the flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel equipment is adjacent to the dining table for eight. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar if needed. The bedrooms are spread across two levels, with two bedrooms on each floor. A king suite with partial sea views and a balcony, as well as a double queen room with a balcony, are located on the upper level. The main level holds two king suites that open to the terrace. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV.
The private neighborhood of Sunny Bay Estates is nestled between a peninsula and Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock. The property is a short drive from Las Brisas Restaurant, bone fishing locations, historical monuments, and water activity rentals.
• The villa employs an attendant to set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc., and on-site maintenance issues if any. He lives onsite is available throughout the day.
