Macy is a four-bedroom villa in a luxurious, gated community on Providenciales’ southern end. This contemporary villa with minimalist design and expansive spaces enjoys ample natural light and modern amenities.
The villa’s sunbathed lounging deck surrounds a rectangular freshwater pool, partially shaded chaise lounges, and glass barriers that offer a wraparound view. Beneath the attached veranda, guests can recline on cushioned sofas or dine al fresco. There’s even a barbecue grill so guests can cook out in the open air. The villa also has a surround sound system to elevate any moment. Sunny Bay Estates, the gated community, enjoys access to a small beach, kayaks, and paddle boards exclusive to villa guests.
An open-concept layout invites the tropical views inside every space and creates a feeling of unity throughout the villa. Wall-to-wall Arcadia doors border the elegant living room, where guests can relax into plush sofas and watch movies on the flatscreen TV. Eight guests can enjoy meals around the wooden dining table next to the kitchen, which is outfitted with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and sleek wood and marble cabinetry. The bedrooms are spread across the upper and main levels, with two bedrooms on each floor. The upper level holds a king suite facing the water with a balcony and a double queen suite with a balcony. The main level holds two king suites that both open to the pool deck. Each of the four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV.
Macy is only three-minutes from Taylor Bay Beach, and a villa attendant is available to set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, and chairs. The Sunny Bay Estates community is tucked between a peninsula between Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock so guests can reach the beach in every direction. Bonefishing sites, historical attractions, hiking trails, jet ski rentals, the Las Brisas Restaurant, and tour operations are all within a short drive, as well.
• The villa employs an attendant to set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc., and on-site maintenance issues if any. He lives onsite is available throughout the day.
