Beach Enclave is a luxurious, family-friendly resort located on the most gorgeous portion of Grace Bay Beach. Each villa enjoys one acre of land with manicured gardens, beach access, and modern design.
The 4 bedroom Ocean View Villa was designed to seamlessly blend the interior and exterior. Massive sliding glass doors open to the infinity-edge lap pool, the sundeck, and the dining veranda. The sundeck is furnished with loungers and umbrellas, while the veranda has an al fresco dining set, a barbecue grill, and cushioned sofas. Large, stone steps lead down to the elegant fire pit. Guests can walk down to the beach in minutes, and the villa provides chairs and umbrellas to set up on the sand.
Inside, there’s an open-concept living space incorporating a lounge, dining area, and a gourmet kitchen. In the lounge, there is a flatscreen TV and a plush sofa. The circular dining table is in the perfect position to watch stunning sunsets over the water, and the gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with an impressive center island, stainless steel appliances, and a range hood. Beach Enclave’s upper level master suite features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private terrace with gorgeous ocean views. In the ensuite bathroom, there is a walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and an outdoor shower. The main level’s master suite also features a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a private terrace with ocean views. This suite also has exterior access, while the ensuite bathroom has a shower and a tub. There are two more suites on the upper level, each with an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV. One suite has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds that can be made up as a king.
