Sitting on one of the world's most celebrated stretches of sand, Impulse Beach Estate is a 20,000 square foot gated oceanfront villa on Grace Bay — consistently ranked the number one beach on the planet. Powdery white sand, gentle waves, and a nearby reef are right at your doorstep.
The estate is fully secured with HD infrared CCTV and panic buttons, giving guests complete peace of mind. A private canal boat dock, golf cart, and beach cruiser bicycles make getting around effortless — the golf cart reaches the Coffee Shop, Baci, and Shark Bite along Bridge Road. Paddle boards, kayaks, and water toys keep the adventure going on the water.
Designed with an inverted floor plan to maximize ocean views, both levels showcase antique furnishings sourced from around the world. The upper level is built for entertaining — a sprawling chef's kitchen with a 10-burner gas range, double appliances throughout, an oversized bar, and a living room stocked with games, full-size arcade machines, and a 108" Ultra HD projection screen. The rooftop deck, reached by spiral staircase, offers sunset views, stargazing, Tiki lights, and a fire pit. A wraparound lower deck leads directly to the beach.
The Five Diamond Pool is a destination in itself — cabanas, a secret changing room with a full bath, and a private bar set the scene. The villa's caretaker sets up chairs and towels and serves drinks throughout the day.
Seven bedrooms in total — six on the ground floor and a poolside Cabana Suite — each feature ensuite bathrooms with soaking tubs, double vanities, and walk-in showers. Every room includes a 65" SmartTV, work desk, mini-fridge kitchenette, and private washer and dryer. The Admiral and Driftwood Suites offer king beds and full ocean views. The Anchorage and Mariner's Suites feature bunk beds with partial ocean views — perfect for kids. The Vegas, Imperial, and Cabana Suites all have king beds and direct access to the pool deck. A full gym and six-person sauna round out the amenities.
Turtle Cove Marina and five or six restaurants are all within easy walking distance, making Impulse as convenient as it is extraordinary.
