We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The views all around are just spectacular and the beach was essentially private. We were with 5 couples with adult and young children and everyone had an absolute blast! The villa had every game I could think of for the kids and snorkeling right off the beach with all the equipment there. We had a massage therapist come to the house one day and a chef from Kissing Fish come in for a beach bbq which was absolutely perfect. Great location for quick drive to restaurants. We will all be back again soon!
Excellent service before booking to find the perfect villa and after booking to ensure we planned everything we wanted for a great vacation!

5 Stars isn't a high enough rating for this beauty! A beautifully maintained villa right on Grace Bay. The staff that came with the home were fantastic! James had our beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach each morning. The house has so many extras it's a resort in itself...no reason to leave. We played Pickleball each morning on the private tennis court. We hired a chef & butler one night, Chef Tiziano (highly recommend!!) A most incredible experience. Andrew and Sharon took care of all of our needs ahead of time (made reservations for dinners, booked us a private charter, offered recommendations, etc...) This was a vacation of a lifetime and one our kids will never forget! We will be back. Until next time....

Oh my goodness, Impulse far exceeded our expectations. This was, hands down, the BEST vacation we ever had, and we travel alot. The villa has everything you could possibly want, no need to ever go out on the Town. The Villa offers plenty of space to spend time together and plenty of space to have quiet time alone, all under one roof. A real plus for our group . We opted for personal chef services, Chef Tiziano and Rosa are the best to be had. They are a genuine, passionate team that went above and beyond, providing picture perfect gourmet meals every time they were with us. James made sure the trash was empty, the ice was plenty, and the beach and pool were ready for us! Housekeeping kept the place tidy, and more importantly that it's so quietly so as not to disturb us. True professionals! From the time we landed on the island until we left the island Perla was there to support us 100% every day. She is a very gracious kind woman. We don't have enough words to describe our gratitude for how she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Andrew and Sharon made everything absolutely seamless from the time we booked the villa until the time we arrived back home ( and beyond) they both communicated clearly and often to make sure we had everything we wanted for this trip. In particular, Sharon reached out to provide additional information for our private Charter, to ensure they were aware of our expectations, and boy did they ever come through! This is not our first time working with Andrew ( and it won't be the last), he is the reason me and my group are where to stay.coms biggest fans! Thank you Sharon and Andrew for everything you did to make this vacation the trip of a lifetime!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Impulse! It is an incredible property with every amenity you could want. We had two families with kids ages 10-18 and everyone had a great time. First of all, the house is perfection. The rooms are very large. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, and everyone had space to spread out. Walking up the stairs in the morning to the beautiful open living room and floor to ceiling windows with the view of the ocean was my favorite part. The living room has a movie theater setting, pool table, ping pong, darts, games, a huge bar and gourmet kitchen. We were fortunate enough to have a chef for the week which made the stay even better. The location is also perfect. You can walk, bike or golf cart ride to the marina, which has beautiful views of the water and boats as well as several restaurants. Downtown shopping and additional restaurants are only a few miles away by car. I would definitely suggest renting a car. The beach was amazing. The staff had chairs, paddle boards, and kayaks available every morning. There is even a reef just steps away from the shore. We saw so many fish, sea urchins, and even a short nose bat fish. So amazing! We took full advantage of the gym, sauna, and beach games. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this house is. Don’t hesitate. Book now! We will be back.

Incredible vacation

The Villa was absolutely stunning! Exceeded our expectations in every way. The spaces were amazing and all the games and amenities perfect for our 3 generation family. We had two rainy days, but never lacked for something to do. Having a washer and dryer in each bedroom was a real luxury and saw lots of use. So nice to be able to pack clean clothes to go home. There were 14 of us and the Villa accommodated us very well. The pool was wonderful with the swim up bar stools and lots of seating. We spent the first and last nights on the rooftop lounge watching the sunsets. I would recommend this Villa to anyone with a large family or group .
I worked mainly with Sharon and thought she did a fabulous job. She arranged for fishing, golf and snorkeling excursions which were all excellent. She was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had. I was very impressed with WhereToStay.

This home is spectacular! The attention to detail is shown throughout the house. We had our family of 13 adults and 9 children and never felt we were on top of each other. Plenty of space and so many things to do. Truly never need to leave the property. We have been to this house twice now and we will return! We walked in and it felt like home. Thank you to Perla for all her help while we were there and James and Fritz that are there daily. They went above and beyond helping our family. This property will not disappoint. How often do you get to walk right out of the house onto one of the most beautiful beaches and snorkel a coral reef? Or, hope on the golf cart and go to some of the best restaurants on the island? Oh and the sunrise and sunsets from the many decks? I could go on and on! BEST PLACE EVER!

We took our kids/grandkids and had an amazing experience. The house easily accommodates everyone and is comfortable for all ages. I would highly recommend it for anyone with a big group.
Andrew was insightful and helpful every step of the way. He gave good advice and was there for all the questions we had.

Impulse Villa was PERFECT for our family vacation of 11!
The villa is very spacious. We all loved the 2nd floor being wide open, and included a full kitchen, beautiful bar, 2 dining tables, a comfortable lounging area, 2 exercise pieces of equipment (overlooking the Caribbean!), and game tables (ping pong etc). The balcony wraps around the house, and has several lounging areas. Downstairs bed rooms and baths were spacious, and worked great for all of us.
Villa very equipped with beach equipment (snorkeling gear, paddle boards, etc). There were golf carts & bikes available for our use while there.
The location of the villa is within close proximity to restaurants.
IMPULSE was AMAZING!! We all look forward to coming back!!

Impulse Beach Estate, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had an incredible stay at Impulse Beach Villa. The house is massive and has so many fun things to do. The pool and beach are beautiful (although they are not attached). The main party room is a great space for fun... it has everything from ping pong to pool and movie seats. The honor bar is a great idea. The house is very well equipped, from the gorgeous modern kitchen to the rooftop fire table (great for s'mores) and the beach has kayaks and SUPs. The massage by Armini was incredible. We were there with a group of teenagers who loved all the amenities. The house manager Ali was incredibly helpful in many ways (promptly fixed the TV, made good suggestions for dining and provided useful information and security. All in all, an awesome week!
I will definitely use WhereToStay for future trips! Andrew and Sharon are an awesome team. Every detail was taken care of with great care and in a timely manner. Andrew was very helpful in selecting the villa, and they ensured that we had all T and C entry documentation completed properly. Andrew was unbelievably helpful with ALL of our needs. He and Sharon are both lovely to work with and had great recommendations.They set up everything from tennis instruction to yoga to massages and everything was simply wonderful. I have already referred friends to WhereToStay. Andrew and Sharon FAR exceeded my expectations. They are a first class operation!

Best Vacation Ever!

A new bar has been set for our family’s vacations. We have had some great trips and stayed at some great places, but this was the best vacation ever. Impulse Beach Estate is absolutely beautiful. We were personally welcomed in absolute world class fashion, and received the world class experience throughout our stay. The villa is equipped with everything you could want. It’s situated on the most beautiful beach, and not very crowded at all. I am at the airport now writing this review, and we are all sad to be leaving. We were spoiled rotten.
Shawna was amazing. She was very communicative from the first inquiry. She went above and beyond with true concierge service - securing us two rental cars and a private boat charter. She did this during the busiest season with not a lot of notice. She also connected us with one of the best treats of the trip - private chef services with Chef Craig McNeil. He was absolutely world class in food and in service.

Impulse Beach Estate, Turks and Caicos villa review
I loved staying at Impulse Beach Estate, and my family is still texting and talking about how wonderful staying at this villa was! When you see pics and read about it, the villa looks great... but when you get there, it’s even better! As you enter the villa, you’ll be impressed by the front gate. The pool is very pretty and has a built-in bar. Entering the lower floor, there are six suites spread across 10,000 square feet, and each is very well decorated with doors that open to the patio. My suite was a large room with a king bed, a washer/dryer, a fridge, and a very large bathroom. Four bedrooms have these features, and the other two have bunk or sofa beds. When you go upstairs, you’ll be facing the surrounding balcony with sliding doors going out to the ocean view! On your left and right are beautiful white leather sofas that hold about 50 people. There’s a pool table, a plexiglass ping pong table, a grand piano, large speakers, large recliners, a huge TV, then this beautiful glass-topped bar that lights up and changes colors. The bar is fully stocked with anything you need! There are also large his and hers bathrooms! Now the kitchen was unreal… the microwave and four ovens, the two German double sinks, and the dishwasher were unbelievable. There are tons of dishes, pots, and pans, and really large tables. Under the villa, there’s a private bathroom, and any toy you want is there! We met the owners, and they are very kind people who wanted to make sure all is what we expected! The housekeepers visited 3 days a week and were very kind. Florence was so easy to talk to and really wanted to address any needs we had for the day! What else can I say?
On top of all this, you have Andrew from WhereToStay, who is great! He was always available to answer questions and helped us rent a car, find good food, take trips, and grocery shop. I was debating on a car rental, so I told Andrew I thought I may just get a cab. He suggested that it may be best to get a car, so I got 2! It worked out great, because then seven of us could do different things and go to the airport at different times! Andrew was unbelievable! My granddaughter and my brother also texted him and he helped them with their questions. I had talked to several companies before going with WhereToStay, and I chose WhereToStay because of Andrew! When you find someone that has answers to your questions and suggestions for your needs, that is what all clients look for. I own a business, and I know a gem when I see one! Thank you, Andrew, in all that you did to make our trip a success!

Impulse was everything and MORE than we expected! We brought our whole family to Turks and Caicos for a little R & R, and there was something for everyone! We had a marvelous time, and made memories that we will always cherish. Thank you so much for spoiling us rotten!!

Impulse Beach Estate, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had our entire family down to Turks & Caicos, and it was our first time staying at Impulse Beach Estate. It was IMPRESSIVE! From the moment we entered the iron gates of Impulse, we knew we were in for something special. There's a tennis and basketball court to the right, a multi-person golf cart to the left, and a gorgeous pool all before entering the enormous villa. Each of the 6 bedrooms was generously sized and comfortable, but the best was yet to come. As we walked up the stairs to the upper level, we were astounded by the 360° views of sun, sand, palms, and turquoise water! WOW, just WOW! This place is everything it says and more. We spent our days down at the beach enjoying the powder-like sand and warm Atlantic waters. There's plenty of chance for fun including stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, horseshoes, frisbee, you name it. We would wind down our afternoons with refreshing drinks poolside before showering for dinner. At our family dinner prep time, we all gathered around the huge, well equipped kitchen to talk about the great activities of the day. Then we moved to the "twin-grills" for a seafood barbecue including fresh fish, lobster, and steak of course. There's plenty of room for all at the large dining tables where we would decide upon the evening's events which regularly included a "drink of the day" at the awesome bar, cards, ping pong, shooting pool, and darts all while enjoying our favorite tunes. If you are considering Impulse Beach Estate, act on that Impulse!
Andrew is so professional and knowledgeable about everything Turks & Caicos. He is on top of everything, and before you leave for the island you will have all you need to know about your villa, activities, dining, bars, excursions, etc. We have used other villa agents in the past but WhereToStay and Andrew are by far the best.
