Welcome to Reef Pearl, a beachfront villa in Turtle Cove on world-famous Grace Bay.
The fun starts at home: cannonball into your private freshwater pool, then sink into the hot tub. Wander the manicured tropical gardens, or head down to the beach, just a 90-second walk away with no road to cross. Smith’s Reef snorkeling is just down the beach, and kayaks (one single, one double), paddleboards, and snorkel gear are all included. Back at the villa, the rec room has a pool table, ping pong, and plenty of toys and games for kids and adults.
When you’re ready to eat and explore, Turtle Cove Marina is a short walk or golf cart ride away, with five restaurants, a dive shop, and sea excursions.
Reef Pearl has two living areas, each with its own private entrance. They aren’t connected by interior stairs, so everyone gets a little breathing room. Upstairs, reached by an exterior staircase, you’ll find two bedrooms, two baths, an open-concept kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a big wraparound porch. The master has a king bed, an en-suite bath, and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a king bed plus a queen/twin bunk bed, an en-suite bath, and a flat-screen TV. The beach level has two more bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a 60-inch flat-screen TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a king bed and an en-suite bath.
