Salacia is a stylish, waterfront villa with incredible views and luxurious design. Located on Grace Bay, Salacia offers an incredible amount of privacy despite being so close to attractions and amenities.
The terrace features covered and uncovered lounge areas, a massive freeform pool, and a hot tub. The outdoor kitchen has two BBQ grills, a pizza oven, large countertops, a sink, and a breakfast bar. The terrace and pool wind around the property, with space to snack, swim, and sunbathe. There are two levels of lounging space, with living areas on both. The ocean is the villa’s main backdrop, and guests can follow a staircase straight into the water.
Salacia’s all-white color palette is highlighted by wood and stone accents. The interior is chic and elegant, with spacious openings and numerous windows. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all in the same floor plan on the pool level. The living room has a lounge and a flatscreen TV, and the dining area seats 8. There’s more dining space in the kitchen at the breakfast bar, as well as luxury appliances, an espresso machine, and expansive countertops. On the lower level, there’s an action-packed game room with a ping pong table, pinball machines, an entertainment system, the Beach Bum Bar, and a gym.
Eight of Salacia’s bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms. The main house includes two king suites, a double queen suite, and a twin suite that can be configured to a king suite if necessary. In the guest house, there’s a king suite with a walk-in closet and a children’s suite with two bunk beds. The pool house has two king suites, and the stand alone master is a king suite as well. These three suites have ocean views. Salacia also has air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a security system. A chef, butler, and housekeeper maintain the villa.
Grace Bay has crystal clear waters, a barrier reef, and calm tides. Nearly all of Grace Bay’s restaurants, shops, beach bars, and tourist activities are within walking distance of the beach, which is just minutes from Salacia. The Blue Haven Marina and Provo Golf Club are also nearby.
