Sundog Villa at Grace Bay Club balances environmental responsibility, contemporary design, and an ideal beachfront location. This fully air-conditioned villa offers daily housekeeping and Grace Bay Club resort amenities.
In the center of the villa, guests can relax on the floating palapa and dine al fresco with a view. The pool wraps around the palapa, and there’s even a fire pit floating above the water. Guests at Sundog also have signing privileges to the Grace Bay Resort, which opens up the resort’s boutique, bars, restaurants, spa, kids club, and any paid water sports. Loungers at the resort pool can be reserved ahead of time, as well. From the center pool deck, guests can access the kitchen, living area, or two independent suites. Behind the scenes, multi-zone air-conditioning systems, solar water heating, gray water recycling, and BIONEST wastewater treatment utilize advanced technologies to reduce the villa’s environmental footprint. Sliding glass doors in the main villa disappear to seamlessly connect the indoor living space to the terrace. Couches surround the TV, and the dining table sits behind. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, with not one but two coffee makers. There’s also a dining and lounging terrace out back opposite the pool deck. In the Main House, there’s three bedrooms that each have an ensuite bathroom and ocean view. Two are Master Suites, each with a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed as well, but can be converted into a twin suite. The two Pool Suites each have a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with an al fresco shower.
This villa is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.
Sundog is only a few miles from Turks and Caicos Islands Tennis Club, Princess Alexandra National Park, and all the activities of Grace Bay. Provo Golf Club and Long Bay Beach are a short drive away, and the airport is only 4 miles from the villa.
