It sits a short way around the corner from Grace Bay, so you get the same beauty with a lot more peace and quiet. Inside the villa, you’ll find three levels made for relaxing: a pool deck, an entertainment deck, and the beach itself.

Villa Allegria is a gated four-bedroom home in Emerald Point, a quiet neighborhood with a private entrance and limited access, at the tip of Grace Bay. It’s a peaceful spot to settle in, with one of the world’s best beaches right on your doorstep.
The mornings here are pretty simple. Grab a kayak and paddle over to Mangrove Cay, just across from the villa, to discover some of Provo’s wildlife, including birds, lemon sharks, stingrays and the only rock iguanas in the world. Two kayaks and two paddle boards come with the villa, so there’s something for everyone. Behind the house, a stretch of beach leads out to 12 miles of shoreline, with shallow water that’s perfect for floating or taking a long walk.
When you’re ready to head back, there’s plenty to keep the group busy. The outdoor area has a private saltwater pool, a fire pit, comfortable seating and a BBQ grill. Inside, you’ll find foosball, air hockey, four in a row, corn hole, table tennis, an arcade game and a selection of board games. Teenagers even get their own hangout, called the “Teen’s Cave.”
The house itself is bright and open, with large Arcadia doors that let in natural light and a warm Caribbean breeze. There are four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two have king beds and two have a queen. Views include the beach, the ocean and the garden, and one room opens onto a balcony. Another has a separate soaking tub, and one sits at beach level.
If you feel like heading out, everything is a short drive away. Provo Golf Club, restaurants and bars, Bird Rock Trail, convenience stores and motorized rentals are all nearby. Blue Haven Marina is home to most of the island’s private boat charters and sunset cruises, and some tours will pick you up right from the beach.
It’s a spacious, comfortable place that feels secluded but isn’t far from shops and attractions. Pack light, and leave the snow shovel at home.
Please Note: Allegria is a 6 - bedroom villa. When you book Allegria as a 4 - bedroom you will get the rooms in the main house on the upper levels. The beach level bedrooms are not included.
