This five-bedroom canal-front villa is the kind of place that checks every box — luxurious, well-designed, and perfectly suited for large groups, multigenerational families, and friends who want to vacation together without sacrificing their own space.

The villa is 4,500 square feet split between a three-bedroom main house and a fully separate two-bedroom guest house. Everyone shares the good stuff, but nobody's living on top of each other. The main house has a primary suite with canal views, two additional bedrooms including one with bunks for the kids, and a big open-plan kitchen and living area where everyone tends to end up.
