Know Before You Go...®
Aqua Solis is one of my favorites, and I think you'll understand why the moment you're sitting around the fire pit at the water's edge, cocktail in hand, with nowhere else to be. Canal-front views, a private dock, and a separate guest house that makes it work beautifully for families and friends traveling together — this one just gets it right.
Canal front luxury villa perfect for multigenerational families!
Aqua Solis is located in Leeward, one of the most prestigious addresses in Providenciales. This five-bedroom canal-front villa is the kind of place that checks every box — luxurious, well-designed, and perfectly suited for large groups, multigenerational families, and friends who want to vacation together without sacrificing their own space.
The villa is 4,500 square feet split between a three-bedroom main house and a fully separate two-bedroom guest house. Everyone shares the good stuff, but nobody's living on top of each other. The main house has a primary suite with canal views, two additional bedrooms including one with bunks for the kids, and a big open-plan kitchen and living area where everyone tends to end up. The guest house has its own full kitchen, living room, and two king bedrooms — enough separation that it genuinely feels like its own space.
The pool is a highlight. A shallow 30-foot courtyard pool connects to a full infinity-edge pool that looks out over the canal. Young kids can play safely in the shallow end while everyone else is in the main pool or hanging at the water's edge by the fire pit as the sun goes down.
The private dock is right there when you're ready to get out on the water. Kayaks and paddleboards are provided, and the canals and nearby mangroves are worth exploring — calm, beautiful, and full of wildlife. Four cruiser bikes are also on hand if you'd rather explore Grace Bay at a slower pace on land.
Back at the villa, there's an outdoor kitchen for those who want to cook, a full indoor kitchen in both the main house and guest house, and a floodlit pickleball court that tends to get a lot of use once people discover it's there.
It's a well-thought-out villa that covers a lot of bases — adventurous enough to keep everyone busy, comfortable enough that nobody wants to leave. That's a combination that's harder to find than you'd think.
