Brise de Mer is a picturesque, beachfront property with nonstop ocean views, two villas, and a minimally modern style. The property is designed to blend in with its surroundings, and the sunsets are a nightly backdrop.
Brise de Mer enjoys its own semi-private beach with glittering white sand and shallow, turquoise waters. The owners made the most of the villa’s location by equipping the villa with non-motorized water sport equipment and beach chairs. There are two double kayaks, one single kayak, two paddle boards, an anchor for kitesurfing self-launch, and an air compressor for kite inflation. Near the villas, there’s two daybeds hiding in the foliage where guests can relax in total privacy. There are also pool toys so guests can relax in both the plunge pool and the larger square pool. Rinse off in the outdoor showers between swimming in the sea and the pool. The expansive deck allows guests to sunbathe in loungers and dine in the shade, with palm trees framing the view. Cook outside on the BBQ grill or inside either of the gourmet kitchens. The kitchens are equipped with radiant cooking ranges, stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, and cookware. There’s dining tables and bar stools to dine on. Both the guest house and main villa’s interiors are fully air-conditioned and enjoy beautiful views.
In the main house, the living room has an oversized sectional facing a flatscreen Smart TV, high cathedral ceilings, and an ocean view through the sliding glass doors. There are four bedrooms in the main house and each has an ensuite bathroom, flatscreen TV, Netflix, a DVD player, a closet, and a safe. The master bedroom has a king bed, double sinks, and a soaking tub. The second bedroom has a king bed, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and an outdoor shower. The third bedroom has a king bed, double sinks, and walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a king bed. The bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
In the guest house, there’s a cozy living room with a flatscreen TV, a sectional, and views of the pool and sea through two sets of sliding glass doors. There are two bedrooms in the guest villa, each with an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, double sinks, and a soaking tub. The guest room has two twins that can be converted into a king, double sinks, a walk-in shower, and an outdoor shower. Both bathrooms have a hairdryer.
Brise de Mer is on Long Bay Beach, which is usually quiet and uncrowded. The beach has constant waves, so kite surfing and jet skiing are popular in the area. Grace Bay is only a short drive away for guests who want a busier beach scene.
