MaryJane is right above the sea, so you have direct ocean access, and there’s a small beach you can play on in low tide. There’s so many spots to relax by the water - both the ocean and the infinity pool. The outdoor kitchen is great if you like to grill, and there’s plenty of space for everyone to hang outside together.
Modern waterfront villa with amazing views!
MaryJane is a waterfront, four-bedroom villa on the north shore of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. This villa enjoys a quiet location only minutes from Grace Bay Beach.
This villa sits 30 feet above sea level, so guests can enjoy panoramic ocean views. A small beach is a short walk away, although it may be covered at high tide. Even if the beach is covered, guests can still enjoy direct water entry to the crystal clear sea. Lounging decks are elevated above the sand on the upper and lower pavilions. The infinity pool and Jacuzzi sit in the center of the sunbathed lounging deck, and the al fresco dining table rests beneath an umbrella off to the side. Sunshine reflects off the stainless steel grill in the outdoor kitchen, which is partially shaded and equipped with a mini fridge, natural stone workspaces, and a serving counter. Enjoy coffee, cocktails, and card games in cushioned armchairs beneath the adjacent veranda.
Sliding glass doors open to the villa’s sleek, open-concept living area. The kitchen and dining room are steps away, and WiFi is available inside and out. An elegant breakfast bar frames the kitchen’s stainless steel appliances and refined cabinetry. Two geometric pendant lights illuminate the dining table, and sliding glass doors connect the space to the outdoor kitchen. MaryJane’s king suites each have an ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a safe. Two bedrooms open to the pool deck, and all four have ocean views. The interior is completely air-conditioned, and housekeeping visits every other day.
MaryJane enjoys a convenient location within five minutes from several restaurants, grocery stores, and Grace Bay Beach.
