This was our second time staying at Coccoloba! It has been nicely updated since our first stay. You cannot beat the location, if you’re looking for a relaxing, beautiful spot. You are steps from the most beautiful, calm beach and only a 15-20 minute drive over to Grace Bay if you want to book excursions or dinner.

We absolutely loved Coccoloba! Relaxing retreat away from the hustle and bustle! Gorgeous views, right on the beach with privacy, updated with beautiful decor and furnishings! We are a family of five and they added a rollaway bed for a comfortable stay for our children. We can't wait to visit again and again!

Coccoloba was perfect for us! The villa was very nice, and we enjoyed having our own private pool. The property offers privacy that is hard to find. Watching the sun set from rooftop deck was so beautiful. Taylor Bay is a nice, quite, and peaceful .
There were many times we had the entire beach to our selves.
Coccoloba is the perfect villa for anyone looking to get away from it all.

You can’t beat the location of Villa Coccoloba located directly on the most beautiful, pristine beach, Taylor Bay. If you prefer a quiet location away from the main resort area, this is the place to be! The water is crystal clear, calm and very shallow. We often felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves especially during our morning walks to the end of the beach and back. It is about a 20 minute drive to the restaurants at Grace Bay but there are also a few great options close by including Las Brisas, Bugaloos and Omar’s, just be sure to rent a car. The convenience of this house can’t be beat. It’s literally on the beach which makes it easy to run back and forth for drinks, lunch, etc. We especially enjoyed using the kayak and two paddle boards that come with the house and we even spotted a few turtles! The roof top was the perfect spot to start our day with morning coffee and a truly amazing view of the turquoise sea and end the day in the comfy chairs stargazing. We absolutely loved our time at Villa Coccoloba and would love to return. If I could make one recommendation for improvement it would be to be able to open the shutters on the doors to the bedrooms. Other than that it was a perfect vacation in paradise!
Andrew and team were fantastic to work with and provided a number of great recommendations for excursions, car rental, restaurants, etc.

Coccoloba is now my favorite place to stay in the Turks and Caicos. The villa sits just far enough back from the beach for privacy and yet only steps to Taylor Bay. The house came with everything that we needed for a group of five. Our flight was delayed into Provo but once we arrived at the villa it was pure serenity. We took a late night swim in the pool to decompress. It was perfect. All of it was exactly what everyone needed! We will be back!

Perfect Place

I really cannot imagine a more perfect place for our family to stay! Though I wouldn’t consider this villa “fancy,” it was quite perfect! We are a family of three, and we closed off the second bedroom. There is a king and a twin bed in the main suite. The location is absolutely perfect, and being on Taylor Bay with a small kiddo is amazing. The pool is a definite plus. There is plenty of shrubbery between the villa and the beach to give some privacy. There really cannot be a more beautiful/quaint place to stay. We would stay at Coccoloba Beach House over and over. This was our second trip to Turks and Caicos, and the first time we stayed closer to Grace Bay. We saw Coccoloba on our first trip and were able to book it for this vacation, and I’m so glad we did.
Andrew was great and so helpful. We got emails with precise and specific instructions on how to get to the house and walk through the check-in process. He provided great recommendations and a very accurate, fair opinion on the villa.

Coccoloba Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Coccoloba Beach House was the perfect house with the perfect location for the four of us. It's on the most tranquil beach we saw. The house is particularly well-stocked with kitchen equipment and staples. The pool is just the right size for plunging, and there's lots of comfortable seating in and out of the house. The staff is amazing, and Andrew Macafee was extremely helpful.
Working with WhereToStay was perfect, Andrew offered great guidance! We will try to use him again.

Coccoloba Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Location is absolutely amazing right on Taylor Bay Beach with kayak and paddle boards included. This villa layout is perfect! Private neighborhood with tennis and security guard were a plus. The local team was top notch with incredible response to any questions or issues.
Home just requires a little bit of maintenance to make it a 5-star stay (multiple windows do not open/close and you pay extra to run the A/C). WhereToStay.com was great.

Cottage with a stunning view!!
Coccoloba Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We loved Cocoloba for Taylor Bay... the paddle boarding, soft sand, and sunsets were spectacular! The house was cottage like and very cozy and comfortable:) beds very comfortable. Only thing that made it a 4 was the outdoor showers were the only showers....beautiful pool (small ) but again great property for small family!!!!

Great beach/location. Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Nice design with separate structures for bedrooms and living area (maybe tricky for some families). Management extremely helpful and accessible. Nice balance of privacy with some greenery but still right on the beach. Neighbors are a bit close if they're loud, but otherwise you can't see them. Beach is really beautiful, not crowded and nice for paddling but not snorkeling. (no fish although we did walk up on a ray one afternoon). House itself is clean but tired. Lots of things need repair but nothing that really causes a significant problem. It's more a 3 star level feel maybe due to age, but the location, helpfulness of management and original design/cuteness give it a boost.
