Le Mer South is a gated luxury home on Sapodilla Bay. This water front home has great views and top-tier facilities split over three floors, making it ideal for a family or group vacation.
Loungers and manicured gardens surround a 500-square-foot negative infinity pool where guests can unwind, sunbathe, or sip a cocktail. A set of stairs lead down to your private dock, which has a hammock suspended over the sea, extra loungers, and provides the perfect place to take a dip in the calm blue waters of Sapodilla Bay. The outdoor barbecue pavilion and alfresco dining offer guests the opportunity to enjoy their meals while enjoying the turquoise ocean views.
Wood details complement the neutral colors of La Mer South. The interior is stylish and sophisticated, with large windows and sliding doors leading out to an oceanfront terrace. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all located on the second floor and flow together smoothly. The living area's wraparound couch and various chairs gaze out over the spectacular seaside panoramas given by the picture windows. High ceilings in the living room enable natural light to enter. The dining table seats 20 people, and is located adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. High-end equipment appropriate for chef and butler service complete the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is completed with Monogram wine reserve, luxury dinnerware, and glasses. Extra seating is available at the breakfast bar if needed. Stairs lead to the third floor mezzanine, which holds the gaming area, which includes a pool table.
The nine bedrooms at La Mer South are distributed over three floors and may be reached by stairs or elevator. The two king master suites and two king bedrooms are housed in the bedroom pavilion, which is next to the main house. Master Bedroom 1 is on the second floor and offers views of Sapodilla Bay, while Master Bedroom 2 has views of Chalk Sound. The two king bedrooms are on the first floor and feature pool and ocean views. Each of these bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and a television. The remaining five bedrooms are located in the main home. One king bed, one queen bed, a bunk room, and two twin bedrooms are provided. With advance notice, the twin bedrooms may be converted to kings. Four of these bedrooms offer views of the ocean and ensuite baths.
La Mer South is staffed by a housekeeper and butler. This villa is close to Las Brisas Restaurant, 10 minutes from Grace Bay, and steps from Chalk Sound National Park.
