Luxury villa with amazing ocean views!
Aqualina is a Mediterranean-inspired villa with gorgeous ocean views and proximity to Sunset Beach and Babalua Beach. This luxurious, five-bedroom villa combines resort amenities with tranquil privacy, thanks to its hillside location.
The open-air living space takes advantage of the villa’s ocean views. The expansive sundeck borders a 30-foot lap pool surrounded by loungers, and an outdoor kitchen rests at the edge of the deck. The kitchen is complete with a stainless steel BBQ grill, outdoor seating, a stainless steel sink, and a mini fridge. Sliding glass doors open into the Great Room, where 40-foot ceilings and neutral furnishings add elegance. The lounge includes a flatscreen TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows face the ocean view. In the spacious kitchen, stainless steel appliances and an oversized center island ensure that guests have everything they need to prepare and enjoy unforgettable meals. Guests can feast at the breakfast bar or in the formal dining room, which seats 10 guests and has three large glass doors that open to the pool. There is also a home office where guests can study or work remotely.
Two of Aqualina’s bedrooms are on the ground floor, and one has exterior access to the pool deck. Both suites have a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, including the master suite. The master has a king bed, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The other two upper level suites share a bathroom with a bathtub and showerhead. One suite has a king bed, and the other has two twin beds that can be made up as a king.
Aqualina’s exclusive location allows guests to spend their days sunbathing on sugar white sands, snorkeling on Blue Mountain Beach, or kayaking in the sea. Leeward Highway is a few minutes away, so several restaurants and businesses can be reached within a short drive.
