Gated Community in Sunny Bay Estates!
Evie is a 4-bedroom villa located in Sunny Bay Estates, a gated community on the Southern Shores of Providenciales. This stunning property is located just steps from the beach and offers stunning views of the ocean from almost every room.
The sun-drenched terrace of the property has a rectangular freshwater pool, lounge chairs with umbrellas, and partial sea views. Guests can bask in the sun and listen to music on the surround sound system, lounge on the plush furniture set up on the veranda, or they can try their hand at barbecuing on the outdoor grill.
The spacious open floor plan smoothly integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Arcadia doors border the living area, where guests can relax on the plush sectional couch and enjoy movies on the flat screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel equipment is adjacent to the dining table for eight. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar if needed. The bedrooms are spread across two levels, with two bedrooms on each floor. A king suite with partial sea views and a balcony, as well as a double queen room with a balcony, are located on the upper level. The main level holds two king suites that open to the terrace. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV.
The private neighborhood of Sunny Bay Estates is nestled between a peninsula and Chalk Sound, Taylor Bay Beach, and Split Rock. The property is a short drive from Las Brisas Restaurant, bone fishing locations, historical monuments, and water activity rentals.
• The villa employs an attendant to set up kayaks, paddle boards, umbrellas, chairs, etc., and on-site maintenance issues if any. He lives onsite is available throughout the day.

Beautiful Villa
Evie, Turks and Caicos villa review
Gorgeous! This villa was as the pictures depict! Tons of space! The neighborhood is gated and we felt very safe!
Location - This villa is located right near Taylor Bay and Sopadilla Bay which are two of our favorite places on Turks. The negative of this location is the mosquitos. When we have stayed other places on the island (beach side) we did not notice the mosquitos being nearly this bad. We couldn’t enjoy the patio after about 5 pm even with tons of bug spray.
Amenities - Having the little Bay Area and kayaks to just the neighborhood was wonderful. Please be aware the Jet skis are not included and are extra cost, but they are available.
Staff - the staff really goes above and beyond. My family has never stayed somewhere this expensive. We did not know what to expect. We felt like royalty and were waited on as such. Something to know before booking … if this is already at the top of your price limit add on atleast a coupe hundred extra dollars tips (midweek cleaning / staff unloading and your bags and groceries / setting up kayaks and chairs for you). They deserved every penny but it is not something we thought of before going in as we are used to and don’t mind just doing this ourselves.
The house was clean and we had everything we needed! Beach towels, regular towels, kitchen items (we cooked a lot to save money from eating out), even pool floats! The sound system was a nice plus and it played by the pool!
Also the where to stay team was amazing and communicative! Would definitely book through them again!

Evie, Turks and Caicos villa review
Villa Evie was a great choice for the 8 of us! Close to Taylor and Sapodilla Bay! The only thing that I would have to say is it isn’t close to restaurants and activities and taxis are expensive! We did rent a car but we travelled with adult children and they may have liked to have a little more to do.
