Serene villa is located directly on Chalk Sound just across the road from Sapodilla Bay. This fully air-conditioned vacation rental has great views of the sound, a private pool, and expansive design.
The villa has a private path that leads down to Chalk Sound and two kayaks to take on the water. Chalk Sound is a popular destination for kayaking and paddle boarding, since its almost completely landlocked except for a small channel leading to the ocean. Its protected as a national park, so powered watercraft is prohibited. There’s plenty of room to relax outside back at the villa, thanks to the wraparound deck. On the deck, guests can sink into the circular couches, swim in the pool, sunbathe in loungers, and dine poolside. Serene villa’s interior is divided into two pods, the main pod and the sleeping pod. An open floor plan connects the lounge, kitchen, dining room, and half bath in the main pod. Large windows bring in lots of natural light, and the deck can be accessed from several points in the pod. The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances, a coffeemaker, and cookware. The sleeping pod holds two bedrooms that each have an ensuite bathroom, double door entrance to the deck, and a ceiling fan. One suite has a king bed and the other has a queen bed.
Serene’s 1/3 acre property is fully landscaped, and the home’s design ensures privacy. Serene is only minutes from Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to groceries.

100% traveler satisfaction
Gorgeous view and central location in Chalk Sound
Serene Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Villa Serene was perfect for my family of 4. It is in walking distance to Sapodilla Bay and Las Brisas. The sound is absolutely beautiful. Julian text me the day before and met us directly at the villa to give us a tour. He answered all of our questions and both him and his team were extremely helpful in recommending and setting up specific activities that my family was interested in doing.
Taylor Bay was a 3 minute drive from the villa. Both beaches were very calm and shallow. Lots of opportunity to see sea creatures like sting rays, sea turtles, and sea stars. The drive to Grace Bay was 12 minutes. We loved the location and beaches that staying at Villa Serene afforded us.
I highly suggest Where To Stay. All of the recommendations were spot on, the mid-week cleaning was excellent, and they made sure you knew they were always available for any question. One recommendation that I did not take that I should have was grocery delivery. Gourmet Groceries has the biggest selection and save yourself the hassle of shopping the first day. Go enjoy Turks and Caicos!

Perfection
Serene Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I normally do not care to visit the same villa/island twice as there is so much in the world to explore and so little time. I honestly can say that this villa/coupled with an amazing island was the perfect choice for me and my boyfriend to vacation. We want to make a return trip. The privacy of the villa and the location was ideal. It was just the two of us in this nice sized villa with a car. The kayaks that were provided were the added bonus of this villa, aside from the private pool. If we wanted to go to the beach we just walked across the road and there it was.
