The villa has plenty of space for up to 10 guests, and everything you could need is within a short walk or drive.

Amazing Grace is a private beachfront estate on the northern tip of Grace Bay. Expect endless ocean views and tropical breezes from nearly every room in the house.
Located in the exclusive Leeward gated community, this villa offers privacy tenfold. The pool is set back from the beach so guests can relax in tranquility, but a short sandy path is all that stands between the home and the sea. The beach is nearly secluded thanks to the residential community around it, and landscaped gardens hide the deck from any outside eyes. The stone deck has loungers, a living area under the veranda, and a dining gazebo. Roman archways and columns border the home, and French doors lead into the opulent interior. The Grand Salon holds multiple lounge areas under ceiling fans and a chandelier. Several windows line the walls to bring the tropical greenery into the whitewashed chamber. The formal dining room sits off to the side, with another unique chandelier and French doors leading to the deck. The massive kitchen belongs in a gourmet magazine, with natural stone surfaces, stainless steel appliances, and custom wood cabinetry. The detached media room has a high-end home theater system for quality viewing, and sits at the opposite end of the entry hall by the courtyard. T
Each of Amazing Grace’s five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, phone, and exterior access. The upper level of the main house holds a master king suite, a king suite, and a twin suite that can be made up as a king. The master king suite opens to its own massive balcony and has access to a massage area, dressing room, and the grand staircase. The king and twin suites also have their own balconies. The guest house has a king suite and a twin suite with two beds that can be made up as a king on the main level. These suites have their own kitchenette and living area that opens to a patio in the entryway garden. Amazing Grace’s private chef, butler, security guard, and housekeeper will attend to every need for the most relaxing vacation possible.
Amazing Grace is extremely private, but also just minutes from Grace Bay’s activities and restaurants. Thanks to its northern location, Leeward Marina’s boat rentals and maritime excursions are also a short walk or drive away.

Beautiful and classy
Amazing Grace Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Amazing Grace is impeccable. Each room has its own distinct character, and the balconies are enormous with gorgeous views. Best of all, the location is perfect. On this trip, half of our family stayed at Hawksbill, which is a five minute walk down the beach, and half stayed at Grace. We all wanted to stay at both villas because they are both so stunning. The staff at Amazing Grace was just as attentive and friendly as the staff at Hawksbill. We will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend staying here.
As I mentioned in a previous review, Shawna was fantastic to work with. She responded to all of our questions in a timely manner, and everything she promised about the villas and our experience were true. It really was an unforgettable trip, and my family and I are grateful for her professionalism and hard work. We will definitely reach out to her again in the future.
