Avalon Villa, located right on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, is where fun meets relaxation. This lush, tropical island getaway offers everything you need for your next vacation. A private pool, a fun gazebo with swim-up bar, and great snorkeling are just a few of the many options at Avalon Villa. Best of all, your total and complete privacy are assured within this gated community property.
Beachfront!
Avalon Villa is a fully air-conditioned beachfront villa built with luxury in mind. A wrought iron fence opens to a bubbling fountain that leads to the villa’s opulent entrance.
Avalon’s travertine marble pool deck and patio gives way to an infinity-edge pool with a mini waterfall, a poolside gazebo with BBQ, and a swim-up wet bar. A marble bridge crosses over the pool, and palm trees dot the deck. There are tons of loungers to sunbathe in, and plenty of shade under the gazebo. Sea green marbled counters form a breakfast bar, and a ceiling fan hangs overhead. There’s also a dining table under the peaked veranda on the other side of the pool. Beyond the deck, there’s a lounging patio enveloped by lush foliage. A wooden bridge curves over the sand and leads from Avalon to the sea. Inside, the family room has a 50” plasma TV with satellite, a DVD player, and Home Theater surround sound. The gourmet kitchen sits next to the dining area, and has a breakfast bar as well. The kitchen is equipped with top of the range stainless steel appliances, a granite-topped central island, a wine cooler, overhead vent, and a coffeemaker. There are four large, air-conditioned bedrooms in Avalon, and each has an ensuite bathroom. The bathrooms are finished with travertine, granite, and marble. Each bedroom comes furnished with a TV, DVD player, and lots of closet space. The Master Suite is in its own separate pod, and has a four-poster king bed, a dressing room with double vanities, a wall of mirrors, and a large walk-in closet. The private bathroom includes a roll-top tub and an outdoor shower complete with double shower heads and a glass block for privacy. The other three bedrooms are in the Main House. Two have king beds and one has two double beds.
The design of Avalon Villa is suitable for families with teenage children or couples traveling together. It’s a short swim from Smith’s Reef, which is one of the best snorkeling spots in Turks. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.
Turtle Cove Marina is minutes away, and has several water sports and excursions for guests to get a true taste of the island.

Avalon is a hidden treasure
Avalon Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our family spent 2 weeks at Avalon in February 2022. At first, I have to admit the layout threw me off, all the bedrooms and living areas are separate pods. Avalon is best enjoyed with all the doors and sliding glass open, which makes the layout a perfect tropical paradise and provides privacy for each bedroom (couple). We’ve stayed at many villas in TCI and the kitchen at Avalon has been my favourite so far. The view of the ocean while cooking is breathtaking and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need.
My only critique would be that the pool is very cold and having it heated (for a price) would have been a major plus. I would also recommend purchasing new snorkel equipment to restock the bin as most of the sets were broken and unable to use. Smith Reef has some of the best snorkelling in Turks and shouldn’t be missed. All and all a great 2 weeks at a fabulous villa. Would highly recommend.

Avalon Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I took my mother and some friends to Avalon Villa for her 50th birthday, and we had an amazing time. Thank you to Andrew and WhereToStay for helping make this an unforgettable trip.

Luxurious and Relaxing Retreat
Avalon Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
One of the most beautiful locations we have stayed in. A bubbling fountain behind a wrought iron entrance is just the beginning, then you come up the stairs to overlook the pool area and beyond to the stunning blue waters that await. We snorkeled daily just steps away from our MBR, saw majestic sea turtles, countless colorful fish, spotted eagle rays, reclusive sea urchins, and splendid corals.
Highlights of this home: Taking coffee and breakfast in the breeze through dining room; an outdoor shower after snorkeling; sipping cocktails at sunset in the outdoor lounge area. Did I mention the delight of the pool bridge?
Local restaurants were within a short walk to Turtle Cove Marina.
Andrew was cheerful, responsive and professional from booking to check-in and check-out. We found his knowledge of villas, restaurants, and sightseeing incredibly helpful. If you are planning a trip to Turks and Caicos, and work with Andrew, you will not be disappointed.
