Beachfront villa on Grace Bay!
Frangipani Villa is a beachfront resort villa within a gated enclave of Grace Bay Club. This four-bedroom villa offers all the comforts of a private villa and signing privileges at Grace Bay Club, which makes it perfect for luxury-seeking travelers.
Immaculate landscaping surrounds the exterior, from the infinity pool to the beach. The pool is bordered by a spacious deck and gazebo, which are both furnished for lounging or dining. Conveniently hidden outdoor showers overlook a 95-foot stretch of white sand beach. Frangipani sits on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, so guests can easily reach water sports, excursions, and dining within a short walk or drive. Guests at Frangipani also have signing privileges to the Grace Bay Resort, which opens up the resort’s boutique, bars, restaurants, spa, kids club, and any paid water sports. Loungers at the resort pool can be reserved ahead of time, as well.
Sliding glass doors open to Frangipani’s comfortable, sophisticated interiors, courtesy of renowned designer Thom Filicia. Vaulted ceilings, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, and high-quality imported fixtures and finishes outfit the common areas. The interior has an open-concept design that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one luxurious space. A massive chandelier hangs above the living room’s plush furnishings and entertainment system, and a sleek breakfast bar borders the gourmet kitchen. Multi-zone air-conditioning systems, solar water heating, gray water recycling, and LED lighting, and a self-contained wastewater treatment system work behind the scenes to reduce the villa’s carbon footprint.
Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen TV. Both master suites have king beds, terrace access, and ocean views. The master baths have freestanding tubs, glass showers, and double vanities. The other two bedrooms each have two twin beds which can be formed into a king, if necessary.
Guests have access to the resort property’s reception area, gym, library, and spa. Turks and Caicos’s best restaurants, activities, and water sports are at guests’ fingertips along Grace Bay.
