Hawksbill Beach House sits on Grace Bay, adjacent to Hawksbill Villa. The Beach House has high vaulted ceilings, an open living space, and an expansive screened wraparound deck perfect for special events and family holidays.
Shaded and sunlit seating options dot the Beach House’s outdoor terrace. There’s a swimming pool bordering the beach, so guests can splash in the sea or in the privacy of the villa. Dine al fresco after grilling a fresh feast on the BBQ, or relax into the armchairs with a drink in hand. Inside the Great Room, there’s a flatscreen TV, ample seating, and a wall-to-wall ocean view. The modern, open kitchen blends with the living and dining room, and separated only by a breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and a clean design combine with cathedral ceilings to lend an uncluttered aesthetic to the intimate space. Two king suites border the Great Room, each with ensuite bathrooms, TVs, and exterior access to the veranda. The twin/queen bunk suite is accessed via a spiral staircase on the balcony or pathway from the pool.
Guests at Hawksbill Beach House have access to daily housekeeping, kayaks, and nearby tennis. Find several excursions and water sports at the Leeward Canal just a short drive away, or walk down Grace Bay to find beach bars and restaurants.

The Beach House
Hawksbill Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We arrived back late last night from T & C. I am so pleased to let you know that it was a truly wonderful trip. A perfect way to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday!
The experience at The Beach House was way more than I ever imagined. Everything was top notch from the lovely “welcome” we received all the way to the heart felt send off.
The villa itself was perfect. We were really made to feel like it was our home for the week. It is such a special place!
Chef Tiziano was definitely one of the highlights of the trip. We looked forward to his morning smile. He is a soft spoken, sweet ,smart & very talented man. Thank you for recommending him. He really made every day so special. He cooks with love & we felt it!
I look forward to making this a yearly trip.
Many thanks to Andrew & Sharon for all their assistance in planning this with me. All your recommendations and suggestions were so helpful. We especially enjoyed our family photo shoot at the villa.
