This villa is perfect for family reunions or staff retreats. The sheer size of it all makes you feel like you’re renting your very own hotel! The decor looks straight out of a magazine, and I wasn’t disappointed by a single room.
Beachfront on Grace Bay Beach!
Hawksbill is a fully staffed beachfront villa loaded with luxury amenities. This villa is located on Grace Bay, spread across a number of separate buildings as a multigenerational retreat.
The grounds feature a long swimming pool with a hot tub to the side, in-pool loungers, and an elevated daybed. On the beach, there’s a chic fire pit and loungers by the sea. Since Hawksbill is on the largely residential, eastern tip of Grace Bay, guests have privacy and tranquility despite being on one of the Caribbean’s most popular beaches. The villa’s extensive stone terrace has several dining and living areas in the shade and sun, all with a stunning ocean view. There’s also a gym, basketball, and a tennis court near the property’s entrance. The main house accommodates the Great Room, which has unrivaled views of Grace Bay and central air-conditioning. There’s plenty of entertainment in the family room, including board games, a flatscreen TV, shuffleboard, and a small library. Hawksbill’s open plan living and dining area is framed by a vaulted ceiling with unique lighting and travertine tile floors. One wall opens to the garden courtyard and the other opens to the back terrace. The kitchen also opens to the back terrace, and has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and mahogany cabinetry.
The Main House holds five of the estate’s bedrooms, which all have ensuite bathrooms. There’s also a king sofa bed in the living room. On the lower level, two suites have ocean views and two are set up as kids’ rooms. The ocean view suites both have a king bed, flatscreen TV, exterior access, and seating. One ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and the other ensuite bathroom has a rain shower and an outdoor shower garden. The kids bedrooms both have flatscreen TVs and ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and a shower; the other has a twin/king bunk, a tub, and a shower. Follow the walnut staircase up to the master suite and step through sliding glass doors to a private balcony. The suite has a king bed, a dressing room, an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, and balcony seating. On the opposite side of the pool, there’s another master suite with tons of privacy. The suite has a king bed, access to its own terrace, and a double shower with ocean views. Lastly, there’s a Guest House behind the Main House with its own kitchen and living space. The Guest House has ocean views, a dining terrace, and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One suite has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and dual vanity. The other suite has a double bed, a twin bed, and a flatscreen TV.

All around AMAZING!
Hawksbill Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
5 stars from the start of planning our vacation with Andrew & Sharon from “Wheretostay” to arriving at Hawksbill! What a beautiful Villa (even prettier in person). The staff were truly exceptional! We are so thankful for Adel who made us feel special from the moment we arrived. We truly miss her! Lee helped us with anything we needed throughout our stay. DJ, Noel and Marlin were always smiling and incredibly helpful morning and night! Our chef should be given an award… food was AMAZING!!! He worked with us each morning to create a menu that each of our guests thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms were stunning! We loved going to the beach (right outside your patio) and the staff always knowing when we needed a drink or a cold towel when we were hot. The tennis court and gym were also a great addition. The Hawksbill Staff made every night special and unique! Adel, Chef, Noel, DJ and Marlin wrote us thank you notes prior to leaving… we will never forget them! We will be returning to Hawksbill again and again! Thank you for making my birthday so very special!!!
Andrew was available anytime I had a question and was incredibly helpful! He truly assisted me with honest feedback and helped me make decisions on which property was best for me and my family/friends. I will 100% call Andrew again for our next trip! Thank you Andrew!

We had a fabulous trip! The kids said it was the best family vacation ever, and I agree. After staying on Turks, we might drop our regular family ski trip in favor of more Hawksbill vacations.

Hawksbill Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
We just returned home yesterday from an unbelievable week at Hawksbill. The pictures on the website are beautiful, but they don’t do the property or the staff justice. The attention to detail at the villa is top-notch, from the art and design to the many spaces for activities and relaxing. The staff was incredible as well. Adelle, D.J., Noel, and Gibril were all fun and professional. They took care of us as if we were family, and it was just as hard to say goodbye to them as it was to say goodbye to Hawksbill and Turks and Caicos. We hope to come back soon!
Shawna and Sharon were fantastic. They were quick to reply to our numerous emails, and they had everything arranged at the villa exactly as we had asked. We will definitely seek them out again in the future, because they made the trip outstanding. Thank you so much for this experience!
