Inside and out, Pelican Vista offers the best of Providenciales. You can enjoy the view inside, or find a spot on the terrace or balcony to look out over the water. The poolside gazebo is the best place for sipping a cold drink in the afternoon. The beach is just 1/8 of a mile away, and nearby activities include golfing, gambling, fishing, jet-skiing, and restaurants. Head out and go kayaking or hiking, or just soak in the tropical sun by the over-sized pool.

Pelican Vista is located in Leeward, a residential area on the island of Providenciales. This vacation rental has two levels of living space, a guest house, and tropical landscaping. Mid-week maid service ensures guests can put their feet up and truly relax.
Sunbathe in loungers around the deck, or take a dip into the pool to cool off. Alternatively, guests can soak in the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. Grab a drink from the wet bar, or use the BBQ grill to prepare the evening’s feast. Guests can enjoy their meals inside, in the screened, poolside gazebo, or around the fit pit. There’s even snorkeling equipment that guests can take down to the beach, which is only a block away. Inside, the gourmet kitchen, crafted with exotic zebra wood, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and a warming tray. Each of the three living spaces have a surround sound system, with a plush sofa and flatscreen TV on the main level, and stunning views on the second and third levels. Guests can use the computer work station with free wireless internet access to finish assignments, do research, or connect with friends back home.
Each of the main house’s four air-conditioned bedrooms are identically sized, and have a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, closet, and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main floor, each with extra-long twin beds that can be converted into a king. The other two bedrooms are on the upper floor, each with a king-sized bed. Guests who want more privacy can stay in the cottage, which can accommodate two adults and four children. Two additional bedrooms are in the guest house, with a flatscreen TV and a mini fridge in the common area. One bedroom has a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. There’s also an exterior shower, as well as an ensuite bathroom in each bedroom.
Pelican Vista is located 150 yards from Grace Bay Beach, and is close to several Caribbean restaurants and clubs. Guests can walk to Grace Bay beach, which is only a few minutes from the property’s garden gate. Local bars and restaurants are accessible from the beach and are approximately 10-15 minutes away, walking.

Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
My group decided to stay a the Pelican vista for several reasons, including it’s layout, proximity to a great beach and outdoor amenities like the pool, outdoor kitchen and screened in porch. All of these aspects and many others exceeded our expectations on the house and we would definitely recommend it to others. We loved hanging out in and around the pool when not at the beach and the multiple kitchen areas (indoor and outdoor) made meals a breeze. Everyone was comfortable in their master bedrooms and full baths en suite with double sinks in each was great as well. Dual on site washer and dryer as well as an extra half bath in the main living space were nice surprises that weren’t obvious in the listing. Tons of pool and beach chairs, toys, etc. were a nice plus as well. Property management was very responsive for a couple little things that did come up and all items were resolved to the extent they needed to be. We will try to stay there again for sure!
Andrew and wheretostay.com were great! The portal was SUPER helpful and all of the suggested activities, chefs, etc. were all also very helpful. I will definitely try to book our villas with you all going forward and hope to get to work with Andrew again as well!

Best Villa !
Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
We loved our villa. The location was moments from the beach and equipy with everything one could need for the perfect vacation. We loved to start and finish our day on the third level of the house. Coffee in the morning to enjoy the sunrise and a glass of wine to gaze at the stars. The grocery store was just minutes away and well stocked with everything we needed including good wine choices. We hope to return again soon. Everything was perfect for our girls get away!
Andrew went out of his way to make our experience perfect. He was so helpful each step of the way and very quick to respond to my questions. He went above and beyond to make our booking experience so easy.

Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
This villa was absolutely amazing!! This was a family vacation we will not forget. We chose this place to have a relaxing vacation with quality time spent with our family and it met all of our expectations. Everything was spectacular. We all had our own room and bath. The house is so spacious. Having a pool right outside your door and a beach just a short walk away was like having the best of both worlds. Can not say enough on how relaxed we were staying here. Being able to view the sunsets from the top area of the house was a highlight!!
Andrew was so helpful with all the details. He also recommended travel insurance which I had totally forgot to do. We have taken other vacations and always invested in it. So glad he reminded me of this important detail. I would definitely contact him with other travel plans that we may have in the future.

Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our second stay at Pelican Vista was even better than last year’s. The minor concerns we voiced were addressed by the owner/property manager, and we felt right at home in the lovely, peaceful setting.
One of our daughters brought a friend for part of our stay, and the house accommodated her easily. We also hired a chef for a small dinner party one night, and found entertaining to easy in the spaces at the house. Our days spent floating on the rafts in the sea were as wonderful as ever!
Andrew is great. He is always available and prompt with his replies to any questions.

Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
Pelican vista suited all our needs for our annual “girls trip”. We’ve been doing this for 13 years, so we have many experiences to compare it too. The house is beautiful and the pool is perfect. We were worried about renting a house off the beach, but it was such a short walk it made no difference. We did have a difficult time not having AC in the living room and kitchen. It was extremely hot during our stay. We ate at Seven, Coco Bistro, Bella Luna, Mango Reef and de Conch Shack during our visit and I would recommend all. The half day snorkel trip and sunset sail also added endless memories. We would rent this house again.

The villa was fantastic! There were seven in our family, and each one of us had enough space to enjoy ourselves alone or with the group.
The villa matched and surpassed the incredible surrounding beauty of Turks and Caicos. A beautiful secluded private beach on incredible Grace Bay Beach was a short six-minute walk away. We soaked in the quiet, luxurious villa and surroundings.

We stayed at Pelican Vista for a week in June 2009. The villa far exceeded our expectation.
The villa is beautiful, luxurious, and well maintained. We spend most of the time around the pool. The beach on Grace Bay was just a few steps away.

Pelican Vista, Turks and Caicos villa review
The first time in T&C for 4 couples and it was an UNFORGETTABLE time. The villa was PERFECT! So much space everywhere for 8 people. Never felt like we were on top of each other. One of the best features about the villa was the grill!! This is where we went to town and made lunch everyday instead of going miles away to eat. We would make our meals, lounge by the pool with a drink and some music. PERFECT!
The rooms were a great size and were in great condition. No need for AC only at night if it gets too hot, but just a WARNING…keep ur room doors closed or else those mosquitos will get in there and have a feast. The private beach was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! When I say UNBELIEVABLE I mean it!! The clearest waters we’ve ever seen! The ONLY “problem” we had was the pool gets dirty quickly, however, MYRTHO was EXCELLENT in sending the pool guys to clean it up right away and they did this twice out of the 7 days we stayed which was perfect. They did an awesome job. I’m not much of a “reviewer” but I can definitely tell anyone reading this that this villa is PERFECT for a big group. Definitely recommend hiring VIRGIL’s taxi if you’re there. They were amazing as well. By the way, plenty of beach chairs and towels that were so convenient. Basia and Andrew were easy to work with and had soooo much useful information and respond very quickly to emails. You won’t be disappointed. We weren’t a picky bunch of friends. We love the simple things in life and we found it at Pelican Vista Villa!!
Andrew was EXCELLENT!!! He gave us so much useful information that we used to our advantage. So easy to work with and responds to emails very quickly. Thanks for everything Andrew!!!!!
