Portofino is a luxurious resort villa within a gated enclave down the beach from the Grace Bay Club. This five-bedroom rental combines the comforts of a private villa with resort amenities at Grace Bay Club, which makes it perfect for luxury-seeking travelers who want some privacy.
Immaculate landscaping surrounds the exterior’s infinity pool, sundeck, and stone pathway. The pool overlooks the beach and is nestled between the veranda, sundeck, and gazebo. Two loungers sit beneath the poolside gazebo, while the veranda and sundeck are furnished with loungers, armchairs, and breakfast nooks. Outdoor showers sit near the stone path, which leads to a 95-foot stretch of Grace Bay’s white sand beach. Portofino sits on the western end of Grace Bay Beach, so guests can easily walk or drive to water sports, attractions, and restaurants. Guests at Portofino also have signing privileges at the Grace Bay Resort, which includes full access to the Club’s boutique, bars, restaurants, spa, kids club, and any paid water sports.

An open-concept design seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas into one luxurious space curated by renowned designer Thom Filicia. A massive chandelier hangs above the plush furnishings and entertainment system in the living room. A sleek breakfast bar borders the gourmet kitchen, and a long countertop with a coffee station stretches across the opposite wall. Both the living room and kitchen connect to the chic dining area. Eco-friendly amenities including multi-zone air-conditioning systems, solar water heating, gray water recycling, and LED lighting, and a self-contained wastewater treatment system reduce the villa’s carbon footprint.
Portofino’s five bedrooms each feature an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and the option for a king bed. There are two master suites with king beds, terrace access, and ocean views. Their ensuite bathrooms have freestanding tubs, glass showers, and double vanities. The main house has two other suites with two twin beds that can be formed into a king. Portofino also has a guest cottage with a king suite, a kitchenette, and a bathroom.
