This cozy villa is ideal for couples who want to escape. The private swimming pool is great for cooling off while sunbathing, and you’re steps away from your own sandy beach. Grace Bay is perfect for swimming or snorkeling, and with it being just feet from your back door, it’s easy and convenient! Sea Edge is also close to restaurants and the marina - just a 5-minute walk away.
Perfect for a couple's getaway!
Sea Edge Villa is located on Providenciales’ north shore near Grace Bay and Smith’s Reef. This two-story villa offers ocean views, lots of outdoor space, and easy beach access.
This vacation rental is a short swim from Smiths Reef, so guests can snorkel every day if they want to. The beach is more private than busier Grace Bay, and the ocean view is unobstructed by bars or restaurants. At the villa, guests can relax in privacy on the deck by dipping into the plunge pool, sunbathing in loungers, or dining al fresco. Sea Edge’s interior is modern and minimal. The spacious living room has a 40-inch Google TV and an iPad, while the kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and breakfast bar. Upstairs, the master suite opens to a balcony that overlooks Grace Bay Beach. The suite has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, and a soaking tub in the bathroom.
This villa is only a short walk to restaurants, boat excursions, and bars at the marina. Grace Bay is a minute away for more action.
Sea Edge is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.

Fantastic Vacation!
Sea Edge Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
In early March 2024, my wife and I rented the Sea Edge Villa for seven nights and it was well worth it. The property was very clean and well maintained. The Villa comes equipped with a full kitchen as well as a gas grill so you can cook your own meals. The second story bedroom provided great views from the balcony, and it was very relaxing waking up each morning to the view of the ocean. The Villa was within
walking distance to several restaurants which was convenient.
This was my first experience utilizing WhereToStay.com. Initially, I had a little hesitation booking our trip over the internet with a company I hadn’t previously heard of in a foreign country. After doing some research and speaking live with Andrew, my concerns quickly dissipated. The WhereToStay.com team were excellent to work with throughout the entire process. They regularly communicated with me during the lead up to our trip as well as during our stay. The recommendations provided (especially
renting a car) were extremely valuable and made our experience very enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive words about my experience working with Andrew and team. I plan to use WhereToStay.com for future vacations as well as recommend them to people I know.

Sea View villa in Turtle Cove was outstanding!! All the amenities and private location and beach. Definitely worth a look!
The private pool right outside our door was awesome and HEATED!!!
Just a few steps and we were on our own piece of beach!
The views were picture perfect! Unobstructed view of the ocean and sunrises from rear bedroom balcony and Marina view from front balcony.
Kitchen fully stocked with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc..
The management team for the villa was also amazing! They were available to assist you with any needs you requested. Polite and professional!
Will definitely be returning to Sea View Villa in the near future!
Working with Where to stay was an amazing and hassle free experience!
Betsy was awesome! It was our first time in Turks and Caicos Islands.
She recommended restaurants, tours, day trips, spas, etc. and added a personal note about each one. She explained what we needed prior to arrival, and contacted us the day before our departure to let us know what to expect.
Betsy and the entire Where to Stay staff are very professional, and are there to guide you through the whole process from booking to end of stay!
Will definitely be using Where to Stay for future island vacations!!!

Perfect place to stay

Andrew highly recommended this villa and now that we’ve been, I can see why.
Having the bedroom on the second floor means that you can see the ocean from your bed. What a way to wake up! We spent lots of time on the 2nd floor balcony - coffee in the morning and drinks at sunset (or on the beach). Loved being able to walk 20 steps to the beach and snorkel right there at the best reef on the island.
Look forward to visiting again. We would definitely stay here and highly recommend.
I have now booked 3 different trips/accommodation with Andrew and am confident that I will love whatever he suggests. Thanks Andrew!

Amazing Stay!
Sea Edge Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
This villa was PERFECT! It’s in a great location. The pool was spectacular. The beach is right in front of you, yet you still have plenty of privacy! But probably the MOST perfect aspect of the villa was being able to wake up in the morning and see that beautiful ocean view. Truly breathtaking!
The sleeping suite with huge tube was great too. We happened to be on our honeymoon. But you don’t have to be on your honeymoon to enjoy this truly spectacular property.

Sea Edge exceeded our expectations! You can never really be sure when you are booking online, but EVERYTHING was “as advertised” and more! Andrew was very clear, candid, and trustworthy. The location at Turtle Cove was private and right on the reef for snorkeling and swimming each morning. The villa was well-appointed and perfect for a couple. We actually turned off the A/C and opened the windows at both ends, the breeze was phenomenal and it allowed us to hear the waves while sleeping. The cleaning crew was detail-oriented and personable at check-in, cleaning during the week, and at checkout. It was the BEST VACATION ever! We will be back!
I was initially skeptical of paying $4800/week for an offshore villa on an internet booking site. I had no prior experience with WhereToStay, and stories abound regarding “fake pictures”. The pictures told the whole story for Sea Edge, and Andrew walked me through it patiently and explained why the villa had to be booked and paid 90 days in advance. Thank goodness we took the plunge!

Great Villa for Couples

The villa was great. Everything was exactly as advertised. This is a perfect spot for couples that are looking to relax and enjoy a peaceful spot in the Caribbean. Being steps away from Smith’s Reef was awesome and convenient. Bring your own snorkeling mask! This was our 2nd trip to the island and our first time staying in Turtle Cove. Although Turtle Cove is a bit quieter than the main area of Grace Bay, we preferred it. Nice and quiet, but still a number of good restaurants in walking distance. We had a car and most everything outside of Turtle Cove is within 10-15 minutes by car. My only “complaint” was that the villa didn’t have some of the basic kitchen stuff that is nice to have (for example, there was no pepper or tin foil when we arrived, so we picked that up at the grocery store among the other items we were grabbing). Altogether not a big deal, and it wouldn’t stop us from coming back.
Andrew was on top of everything and is very detail oriented. His recommendations for TCI were on point as well. I would recommend Andrew to others.

Sea Edge Villa is in a perfect location for a carefree stay. Snorkling at the front door and within walking distance to the marina with a good variety of restaurants. It’s only a ten minute drive to the Grace Bay scene but the villa gives a quiet and private place to get away. As always Shawna made everything real easy!

We were very impressed with the Sea Edge Villa. We enthusiatically give it 5 stars and would recommend it to anyone. It is rare to get a new stand alone one bedroom place right on the beach. It was wonderful to sleep with the patio doors open and hear the waves on the beach. The interior is modern and stylish. The beach is somewhat rocky in front but just a short walk to miles of turquoise waters and sandy beach. But there is also a great snorlkling reef just outside. The house is in a great neighborhood and within walking distance to the restuarants in the marina. But since we wanted to kite board, golf and explore the island we would highly recommend renting a car.
We recieved lots of helpful communication and a minor issue was resolved promptly.
