Seaclusion is a beachfront resort villa on Grace Bay Beach. This villa combines the amenities of a resort with the privacy of a gated villa, so guests can have the best of both worlds.

Grace Bay is steps away from Seaclusion’s gorgeous infinity pool. The pool stretches across the sundeck, which is colored to blend in with Grace Bay’s sugar-white sand. Stone tiles lead to the sea and contrast with the pool’s turquoise waters. A hot tub sits nearby, and there is a wading area with submerged loungers attached to the pool. Chaise lounges surround the pool, and umbrellas provide optional shade. Cushioned sectionals and armchairs perch at the edge of the sundeck, and a poolside gazebo shades the al fresco dining table and barbecue grill. Seaclusion provides kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, snorkel equipment, life vests, and swimming pool floats. An outdoor sound system runs throughout the exterior.

The villa features striking modern design inside and out, with over 11,800 square feet of living space. Soaring ceilings, crisp white interiors, and luxurious amenities outfit the villa. The ultra-modern media room includes a home theatre, billiards, and a full bar. The living room is furnished with a flatscreen TV, oversized sectionals, armchairs, and couches. The elegant dining table sits between the living room and kitchen, and the nearby breakfast bar borders the kitchen’s sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances. Guests at Seaclusion have signing privileges to the Grace Bay Resort, which opens up the resort’s boutique, bars, restaurants, spa, kids club, and any paid water sports. Seaclusion’s bedrooms include eight king suites and a bunk room with four twin beds and two trundle beds. Four of the king suites open to the exterior via sliding glass doors. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Seaclusion can be rented with Seascape to create a thirteen-bedroom estate.

Seaclusion is part of the Grace Bay Club, which offers full resort amenities and an ideal location on Turks and Caicos’s most beloved beach. Grace Bay has everything travelers could desire, including restaurants, activities, shops, and bars.

Additional Car rental, server, grocery and beverage shopping, as well as the cost of groceries (pre-arrival and during your stay), liquor and wine delivery, nanny service, baby equipment, spa services, yoga and personal training, and photography can be arranged for an additional fee. Cost of food is additional. Transportation between our resort collection for confirmed dinner reservations will be at guest expense.

Villa and staff were fabulous and extremely helpful
We were 15 who ranged in age from 9 months to 75 years old and included several teenagers
The villa comfortably accommodated all of us and the staff were extremely helpful in arranging activities and transportation to keep everyone happy
