We had a fabulous time at Dawn beach. It is located on the perfect beach where we walked out our back door and everyone in our group from experts to beginners snorkeled the reef and could not have asked for more. Our chef was incredible and the day we had a private boat charter it picked us up on our beach behind the villa. We are ready to book again!! Thanks again for making our dream vacation a reality!!

Andrew is the best, answering each question and giving great recommendations from photographers to in house chefs!!

Dawn Beach villa was delightful. It was clean, well appointed, and in a great location. Right on Grace Bay and close to Smith’s Reef and Turtle Cove make this a prime location. The vill staff was great - from the cleaning staff to the maintenance to house manager - all were terrific. The house is laid out very well and makes for a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend.

Andrew and WhereToStay were great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. In particular. Andrew steered me towards Dawn Beach Villa after understanding the family and guests we were bringing. It was the right choice for us and Andrew was great in helping us choose.

A Week In Paradise

As you drive up to the villa you can sense the luxury that awaits. We stayed for a week to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. Cooked every night in the villa and had an amazing time, it has everything you need and more. Keep in mind we had a 1-year-old in tow. Where to Stay helped us get a crib and if needed they had other items for the baby like a highchair and baby gates. Seeing our flight arrived at 12 and check-in was at 4 we needed to get the little one to sleep for a nap at 2 as it had been a long day of travel. The island host allowed us to let the baby take a nap and use one of the rooms as they continued to clean. The house was spotless when the entire family of 7, checked in at 4. The house is simply amazing and the location is beautiful. Everything you need is within a 10-15 min drive anywhere on the island. We highly suggest staying at dawn beach if you have a large family including little ones.

Could not have asked for better interaction and contact. Extremely knowledgeable about the island and the property. Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. And most of all followed up every single time.

Great place for a family stay

Loved the Dawn beach villa. Great location. The house is super nice with a lot of space and nice furnishings. Walk 30 yards on the beach and it completely opens up to a wide clear beach perfect for jogging. My only gripe is the internet and WiFi is pretty weak. An upgraded plan and a few more repeaters throughout the house would make this place perfect.

WhereToStay and Andrew and Sharon were great. Super accommodating and great with communication. Very helpful with information, recommendations and reservations.

A VACATION TO REMEMBER!

This February 2020 vacation was the last time my family was all going to be all together before my son left for college. Our group was made up of 2 adults and 4 teens who were 16-18 years old. Two of the teens were friends traveling with us.

Dawn Beach Villa is stunning. It took us a day or two to get a feel for the place, but every moment there was memorable. The kitchen was completely stocked with every gadget and tool you could need. The bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. The A/C worked great, but we only used it at night to sleep.

The villa is set a bit off the ocean. You will definitely need a car to get around - we had two. The villa is set behind automatic gates they give you a code for. You can’t see the ocean from the pool because of foliage, but you can see the water from various rooms throughout the house… and you can always hear the waves. The pool was very nice and the kids loved the hot tub. The Weber Grill was brand new, and the washer and dryer were very helpful. Sunning on the deck was great!

I can’t say enough about this house. There is a nice path with an outdoor shower to get to the beach from the deck. The beach is slightly rocky and we actually didn’t swim there, despite the great reviews for Smith’s Reef. You can walk down a bit to find sandier spots and get access to Bite Beach/Reef. We explored Grace Bay, Sapodilla and Leeward. Each was awesome in its own way. Don’t miss the Thursday night Fish Fry party 1 mile away!

Andrew was very responsive. He was continually available to answer my many questions, both by email and phone. He provided all the information we needed about the villa and the island. All of his recommendations were home runs.

Great Vacation in the Turks at Dawn Beach Villa

My husband and I visited Turks and Caicos for a week and stayed at Dawn Beach Villa with 3 other couples. We found the accommodations exceptional, with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, comfortable and lovely living area, spectacular views, and nice bedrooms. The pool area and hot tub were some of our favorite spots, and provided a wonderful place for rest and play. The villa is close to great restaurants in Turtle Cove and a short drive from other beaches, the grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. It could be improved if the owners would follow the example of the other homes nearby and provide decking on the beach with lounge chairs. At the very least, it would have been nice if beach chairs were included. All in all, it was an exceptional vacation staying in a lovely home.

This was our first visit to the island, and we had no idea where to stay or what part of the island was best for us. Not only was Dawn Beach Villa heaven on earth, but renting it through WhereToStay made all the difference. Not only did Andrew help me choose the best villa for our family, but he also patiently answered all the questions I had so I could choose the best villa for our family. He has personal knowledge of every villa detail. The villa is luxuriously appointed on every level and lacks nothing. The kitchen is a chef’s dream come true, the house is equipped with everything you need to feel like home, and the manager Rhonda is an angel. The whole experience beat staying in a resort or on any other part of the island. The house is equipped with games, beach and pool toys, beach towels, TV’s in every room, and a pool table downstairs. Don’t waste your time staying anywhere else. Get it right the first time. Everything is easily accessible by car and we were minutes from Grace Bay Beach, grocery shopping, and the Thursday night fish fry. You can walk to the marina, and a great pizza/Italian place was right down the street. We will be back—there’s no reason to try any other rental company or any other villa!

Andrew answered every question I had within an hour, so I didn’t lose the villas I was trying to decide between. When we finally reserved our rental, he sent us a link to our own information page loaded with valuable insider tips on shopping, eating, recreation, and more. It was astounding. He was dead on with every piece of information. Confirmations, payment, and communication were a breeze. I will book with WhereToStay wherever they have rentals from now on!

Lovely Week at Dawn Beach

Dawn Beach is a beautiful vacation home. How delightful to arrive on island and have an accommodation be even better than expected! The open-concept living area allows your group to cook, dine, and relax all together. The outdoor living area is fully furnished and even more spacious than it looks in the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed the view and the constant breeze from the deck on the middle level. The kitchen requires special mention. It is as well-equipped as our gourmet kitchen at home. The best kitchen of any rental, ever! Additionally, every ensuite bathroom is equally nice.

We found the Turtle Cove location to be centrally located for island exploring, both to the Sapodilla Bay beach area and the restaurants further up Grace Bay.

Working with Andrew and WTS was a pleasure. His knowledge of each property took the guesswork out of villa selection. All of the pre-arrival instructions were thorough and accurate. The local staff could not have been nicer.

There is nothing but great things to say about our stay at Dawn Beach. Dawn Beach might be the best place we’ve stayed and this is probably the 16th villa we have rented over the past 20 years.

Two great things about Dawn Beach is the amount of common living space and the kitchen. As the owner of a restaurant, this is the first kitchen where I can truly say that it is fully equipped. Spent much of the week trying to find something that the kitchen was lacking and I am home still thinking about it. This house has everything a chef needs and is great for entertaining. There was plenty of ‘hang out’ space with multiple seating/relaxing areas, and plenty of sleeping space. The pool room is listed as a possible additional bedroom, and with two twins, a tv, and refrigerator it is definitely usable.

While the Turtle Cove area is about 3 miles from some of the more popular bars, restaurants at the Cove are actually better than some of the higher rated restaurants in town. Nothing but great things to say about Dawn Beach, Turtle Cove or Turks and Caicos. Third visit and still loving the island.

It is always easy to work with Andrew. I tell him the island and he knows which houses fit our needs. I think it has been about 10 years now working with Andrew and I’ve never had a complaint.

Dawn Beach Villa - views, views, views!

Party of six enjoyed Dawn Beach Villa! Took us 3 years to finally get to experience the villa and island! It did not disappoint. House was very spacious and the outside pool, hottub and decking were amazing. We enjoyed some down time between the house and beach right out front and the reef just to the left of the house. Beach was secluded and an easy walk! Great location for trips to other beaches, attractions, etc.

Great experience working with Where toStay and Andrew. He took lots of the planning and research off our plate.. Very helpful during our trip delays due to COVID.

This villa is beautifully setup and well-maintained inside and out. The views from every angle and the privacy of Dawn Beach Villa will get you so addicted to Turks and Caicos. Its on an excellent location steps away from the beach. We loved it!

Rhonda, our villa manager, was very responsive to our needs and did her absolute best.

Every staff member we worked with at the villa was very professional and did their very best to ensure we were comfortable.

I would recommend that air conditioning be added to the main living areas and not just the bedrooms because it does get very, very hot.

This was my very first experience with WhereToStay and I was certainly NOT disappointed.

She was very professional, knowledgeable about the island and villas, and provided fast, detailed responses. She prepared us well in advance as our travel dates approached.
