If you care more about location than design, this villa is great for you too. It has direct access to Grace Bay via a private pathway, and the villa’s staff will set up loungers and umbrellas on the sand just for you!

Villa Islander is a handicap accessible, four-bedroom rental with unique architecture and tropical views. A private pathway leads to Grace Bay’s sugary sand and crystal clear waters.
The villa staff sets up beach loungers and umbrellas daily for guests’ exclusive use. Villa Islander also provides snorkeling equipment so guests can venture out to Coral Gardens, a protected reef just a few yards from shore. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, teak wood canopies, and walls laid out in a sunburst design. This design provides partial shade and privacy, but still allows the sunshine and trade winds to filter through. The L-shaped infinity pool rests in the center of a lounging deck with palm trees waving overhead. To add to the fun, pool area speakers can be synced to play music day or night for any fête. A partially shaded living area sits off to the side, and a glass barrier wraps around the deck. A grilling and dining area with a hand-carved table, stainless steel grill, and a reflecting pool is tucked behind the Great Room. The cherry on top of this rental is the roof deck lounge, which enjoys direct ocean views and nonstop sunshine.
This open, transparent property directs the living spaces towards the outdoors. From anywhere within the villa, the landscape is visible through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The 6,000 square feet living space is constructed almost entirely with windows and has a 50” Smart TV with Netflix and Cable. Air-conditioning, a sound system, and WiFi run throughout the villa for guests’ comfort and entertainment. The modern, open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and an espresso machine. The formal dining area seats 8 around a circular glass table. Villa Islander also has a washer, a dryer, a baby cot, and a high chair.
All four bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and a king bed. Each suite is outfitted with a Smart TV, a soaking tub, a rain shower, seating, and tropical views. Two suites are in the Main House, and they connect to the living area and terrace. The other two suites are in the Garden Wing, and they each have a mini fridge and a private terrace. The villa’s daily staff includes a housekeeper, night security guard, and property manager.
Villa Islander is located a mere block from the beach, and is in the central part of Grace Bay. The property is less than 10 minutes from Long Bay, Leeward, Sapodilla Bay, and Chalk Sound. Dining is within walking distance, Salt Mills Plaza and Regent’s Village are a 5-10 minute drive away, and the 18-holes Provo Golf Club is a 10 minute drive from the villa. The airport is a 15 minute drive away.
