Walk over to the marina or snorkel off the beach - this villa has everything.

Water Edge Villa offers two levels of luxuriously appointed living space, breathtaking views, multiple terraces, and a private swimming pool. This Grace Bay vacation rental is perfect for honeymoons and romantic getaways.
The beach is just beyond Water Edge’s pool deck, so guests can take a dip in the sea whenever they want. Water Edge is almost right on top of Smith’s Reef, which provides the best snorkeling on the island. There’s a strip of beach rock between the bay and the water, but a soft sandy bottom lies on the other side. Back at the villa, swim in the private pool or sunbathe in loungers around the deck. Al fresco dining sits adjacent to the pool and under the veranda. The veranda leads into the comfortable and spacious beach level living room. The living room features a 40-inch Google TV, a pull-out sofa, and a half bathroom. The adjacent kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffeemaker, blender, and breakfast bar. Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a balcony with ocean views, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a granite tub and walk-in shower. Open the upper and lower terrace doors to let gentle trade winds swirl through the villa. It is located almost directly on Smiths Reef. A strip of beach rock exists between the sand and the water because of the reef, but a soft sandy bottom with amazing snorkeling is just ahead.
Water Edge is a few minutes’ walk or drive from Turtle Cove Marina’s restaurants and dive shop. More beach bars, restaurants, and activities are a short drive away.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Water Edge Villa in Turks and Caicos, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the beautiful beach and crystal-clear waters right in front of the villa. The exclusivity of the villa’s location ensured a peaceful and private getaway.
The villa itself was a haven of luxury and comfort. The hot tub added an extra touch of relaxation to our evenings, allowing us to soak in the serene ambiance while sipping cocktails. The management team was exceptional, attentive to our needs, and made our stay seamless.
The island’s restaurants offered an array of delicious dining options, and the warmth and friendliness of the local people added to the charm of our trip. The weather was perfect throughout our stay, allowing us to fully enjoy the pristine beach and outdoor activities.

Water Edge Villa hit all the marks for a great place to stay on the island. We experienced attentive and thoughtful caretakers while taking in all the spectacular amenities of the villa - beyond our expectations! We received a super quick response to our request for a new umbrella. We were even given flexibility on staying later on the day we were leaving. The villa is positioned to give privacy and beautiful views of the island and sunsets. So quiet except for the gentle movement of the water. As the name of the villa indicates, a few steps and you are stepping into the pristine waters of Grace Bay. An easy walk to the reef - the snorkeling was amazing. We took the short walk every day and saw turtles and so many different fish! Being so close to Turtle Cove gives access to great restaurants and other amenities. It is definitely a great choice for a vacation get away.
WhereToStay.com provided a great experience. We appreciated all of the valuable information pre-arrival and leaving.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 7 nights and the experience was incredible. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes away from mostly everything with the beach in our backyard. The Villa was way bigger than I expected with perfect views everywhere. As well as great security, wifi and AC. We were so comfortable and felt so at home while in paradise that we extended our stay. Couldn’t say enough great things. Highly recommend.
Andrew has been so accommodating to all issues I had and I couldn’t thank him enough for helping me make the trip happen. Very involved, and hardworking to make sure everything was done and set. I never felt alone or confused, he made the process easy for me. For the staff at WhereToStay, everyone is so nice and truly just wants to make sure we had everything we needed. You could tell they genuinely care about their clients and did everything with love. The best.

Pure Paradise
Water Edge Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Waters Edge was absolutely perfect. You can have a pool day floating on the complementary floats, or take one step onto the sandy beach to go swimming in the warm, beautifully blue water. The villa is more magnificent than the pictures. We spent a few nights grilling dinner at the villa and hanging out by the pool. We took a few walks to the Marina for dinner and lunch, which took eight minutes tops. We took one taxi ride to the Conch Shack for lunch and a swim on their awesome beach. Bring water shoes to walk over the small strip of reef rocks in front of the villa - there’s an amazing sandy beach and a sand-bottomed swimming area a few yards out in the canal. We also sat on the rocks in the water to cool off, which was really fun. We would return in a heartbeat!
Andrew was great to work with. He was on top of every step in the process, from booking to recommendations to any information needed.

This home was situated on one of the most beautiful and uncrowded stretches of sand on the island. It’s literally steps from the beach and yards from Smith’s Reef, where there is fantastic snorkeling right offshore. The villa is within a 10-minute drive of many restaurants and attractions.
The home is well-appointed inside and out for the perfect beach vacation.

The Best Place for our Honeymoon

Once we got to our villa, we didn’t really have a reason to leave! It was perfect. Upon arrival, it was clean and well-kept. We got a tour of the whole place, were given an island map, and got recommendations for eating, drinking, and activities. The kitchen has everything you would need to cook any meal. The outdoor area was our favorite with the grill, the pool (it’s so private), and beach access. The upstairs was so romantic, there’s nothing like being able to watch the sunset from your balcony! Everything about this villa was 5-stars. The snorkel gear, chairs, umbrella, and towels were so nice for our personal use. It is quiet, private, and so relaxing. We hardly saw anyone on the beach, and if we did it was because we were on such an amazing part of the beach for snorkeling. Steps away, you could be in your own pool or the ocean. It was everything we wanted for our honeymoon, and more. 10 out of 10, we would come back and stay here. We were a short 5-10 minute drive to the IGA, resorts, and airport. Being able to go eat, drink, or parasail right from the marina across the road was amazing also. We can’t say enough about how perfect this villa is. We love it and can’t wait to be back!

We had a great time in Water’s Edge. The coral reef in front was great for diving and very close to many good restaurants. The villa was super well-equipped, and everyone was very helpful. We highly recommend this villa for a couple.

Great Stay at Water Edge Villa!!

We had a wonderful stay at Water Edge Villa for a week over New Year’s Eve. The villa location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants (even walking distance to a few) and all the activities on Grace Bay. We rented a car and found the island easy to navigate. The house was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The entire top floor is the bedroom with a great open feel and amazing view from the bedroom and balcony. The house is right on the beach, just a few steps from the ocean. Folks were snorkeling off the beach everyday. The house has a very private feel due to it’s positioning with the neighboring homes and the landscaping. We loved sitting out by the pool reading, relaxing and listening to the ocean.
Where To Stay was easy to work with. Sharon was very helpful with dining recommendations, reservations and answered all of our questions promptly.
Don’t miss the conch shack, snorkeling with Caicos Dreams, the view from Magnolia Restaurant, the Thursday night Fish Fry, drinks at Mango Reef on the dock, and the spa at the Gansevoort. Amazing trip and we can’t wait to go back!!

Water Edge Villa was a fabulous place to stay. It can be nerve-wracking looking online for a romantic place to vacation, but “Where to Stay” was the real deal! Not only did they make sure every detail was taken care of before we left, but after we arrived, these folks made sure that we were happy. Most of the information needed on the vacation was provided from “WTS” from car rentals, to excursions, to restaurants. When you arrive, make sure to read the Guest Book as it gives details about the surrounding area. There was a beautiful coffee shop right down the road that we thought only served coffee, so we did not try it out until the last day of our stay. Needless to say, it was one of my favorite memories. They serve a yummy breakfast and lunch. Where to Stay must have on-site researchers because every trip we took was run by excellent people, and we felt safe and had a great time. My honeymoon was truly a romantic vacation that felt as though it was an all-inclusive stay because the great preparation provided by Andrew and Where to Stay.com! Five Stars and two thumbs up! Thank you for a great experience and for the exceptional preparation for my husband and me to begin our new life together. I will use “WTS” for any and all vacations I plan in the future.
