Its location on the Leeward Canal is great for ocean lovers, because most of the island’s best maritime excursions and boat rentals are based there. The villa itself is super modern, and the bedrooms are well spread out for ultimate privacy.

Big Chill is a luxurious villa in Leeward’s prestigious canal-front community. This fully air-conditioned villa has WiFi, daily housekeeping, and an alarm system.
Big Chill has tons of lounge space throughout the deck, on sofas, sun chairs, a poolside daybed, and around the villa’s fire pit. There’s an outdoor kitchen with a wet bar and a large 42” gas BBQ, a shaded living area, and a sunken lounge by the canal. The 15’ x 45’ lap pool has a wading area for children, and runs parallel to a miniature turf soccer field. Big Chill has a large boat dock on the canal with paddle boards and kayaks. The living, dining, and kitchen area combine in the Great Room to create a comfortable space that opens to the exterior pool deck. The Great Room is furnished with large 11’ Italian glass sliding doors and modern decor. There’s a flatscreen TV and U-shaped sectional in the living room, vibrant chairs around the marbled dining table, and sleek countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A long six-seater bar top separates the dining area from the kitchen.
All six suites are equipped with an ensuite bathroom, a flatscreen TV, and access to a balcony/terrace. The master bedroom is on the second floor and overlooks the pool deck. The suite has a study, a vanity, and surround sound via Sonos. Its bathroom has a large soaking tub, double vanity, and an outdoor shower. The second bedroom is also on the second floor, and its bathroom has a double vanity and a shower. The third bedroom is on the second level and designed for children, with built-in bunk beds made up of a queen and twin. The bathroom has a single vanity and a shower. All three of these bedrooms open to the second level balcony, which has tons of lounge furniture and turquoise water views. The fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and opens to a private balcony that overlooks the gardens. Its bathroom has a double vanity and shower. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are in the guest house, which has its own kitchen and living room. Each of the guest house’s bedrooms have a king bed, large ensuite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the gardens.
The Leeward Canal is home to several charter rentals and maritime excursions, perfect for ocean lovers. The Provo Golf Club is a short drive away, and Grace Bay’s eastern coast is nearby.
