Cabuya is a beachfront villa in one of Leeward’s most exclusive gated communities. This luxurious vacation rental is a short drive from water sports, the supermarket, and the ferry.
Manicured lawns and palm trees frame a secluded slice of white sand beach. A wooden dock stretches across the beach and into the sea, where guests can kayak to nearby mangroves to explore protected wildlife. Loungers rest on the sand, and dual staircases lead up to the sundecks and the infinity pool. One sundeck is furnished with oversized sectionals and the other is furnished with loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, there are two outdoor showers. At the head of the pool, there is a partially shaded outdoor living area. Cabuya also has a fire pit and outdoor speakers, so guests can relax in the island air day or night.
Soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows emphasize Cabuya’s unbelievable ocean views. Neutral shades and natural elements evoke laidback elegance. Living spaces blend seamlessly in the open-concept interior, and the gourmet kitchen opens out to a shaded al fresco dining area. The villa’s media room is outfitted with a floor-to-ceiling screen and home theatre seats, while the gym is fully equipped for any workout. Each of Cabuya’s suites have floor-to-ceiling windows and an ensuite bathroom. On the upper level, there is a grand master suite with a king bed, a private terrace, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, tub, and two sinks. On the main level, there are two king suites and a suite with two twin bunks and an outdoor shower. Each of these three suites has exterior access to the terrace. There is also a king suite with exterior access, an outdoor shower, and a tub. In the cottage, there are two twins that can convert into a king bed.
Cabuya is minutes away from Blue Haven Marina, which offers a large portion of the island’s best water sports, excursions, and marine tours. There is a supermarket and a restaurant within five minutes of the villa, and Grace Bay’s wide variety of dining options can be accessed in a 10-15 minute drive.
