Edge of Paradise is a semi-attached Grace Bay villa within the Sunset Beach gated community. This fully air-conditioned vacation rental has a modern design and five-star amenities that aim to please any traveler.
A key pad guards the entrance to the courtyard and Great Room. The turquoise pool sits in the center of a stone deck with loungers, daybeds, and shaded dining tables around the sides. There’s also a covered outdoor kitchen with a Weber S Series grill and an outdoor shower. Grace Bay is only 200 meters away, and Edge of Paradise comes equipped with an electric beach cart, chairs, rafts, a cooler, and two paddle boards to take down to the coast. The open-concept Great Room is designed with vaulted ceilings and A-frame windows to bring in the sunshine and tropical views. It encompasses a living room with a Smart TV, a dining table for 6, and a gourmet kitchen fully equipped with Quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. There’s also WiFi throughout the villa and a washer and dryer in the laundry room. All three bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flatscreen TV, and a ceiling fan.
Edge of Paradise is less than a mile from Grace Bay, Blue Haven Marina, Provo Golf and Tennis Club, and the Ayur Spa. Grace Bay’s restaurants and shops are a short walk away, and Long Bay is a short drive away.
