Leeward Jewel is a seven-bedroom waterfront vacation rental in the exclusive gated community of Leeward Settlement. This fully air conditioned villa provides the perfect place for special occasions, large groups, or family vacations.
The expansive exterior space has a swimming pool, hot tub, and outdoor seating. The pool, which has a modest wading area, is flanked by loungers and umbrellas. The hot tub is situated adjacent to the pool. Ample outdoor seating with fire pits enable visitors to unwind while taking in views of the canal. The provided kayaks and paddle boards makes exploring the area simple and enjoyable.
The main house at Leeward Jewel features a commercial kitchen, complete bar, flatscreen TV, sound system, and two master bedrooms. The dining table, which seats 12, is located between the kitchen and the bar. Bar stools at the kitchen and bar provide extra seating if needed. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances such as a char broiler grill, two ovens, a six-burner gas range, a deep fryer, a commercial fridge, and a four-drawer freezer. The Leeward Jewel bar is equipped with an ice maker and a glass-door refrigerator. The layout of the main house make this villa a perfect place for small wedding, or other functions.
Seven bedrooms make up this fantastic property. The Diamond and Ruby Suites are located on opposing sides of the main house and open onto the pool terrace. Both master suites offer king-size beds, walk-in closets, ceiling fans with remote controls, and safes. The Jade and Turquoise suites are located closest to the main house and overlook the pool. Both of these suites have a king beds and a mini refrigerator. The fifth bedroom is the Emerald Suite. It is situated close to the Canal Guest House and overlooks the pool and the canal. It has two queen beds and a mini fridge. The sixth suite is the Pearl Suite. It has a view of the pool and is near the fitness studio. It has a king bed, canal views and a mini fridge. Lastly, the Canal Guest House has a queen bed, a full kitchen, and canal views. All suites open to the poolside terrace, have ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs, private entrances, Amazon Alexa, and inter-suite VoIP phones.
