Seagrace Villa is nestled on the canal in the gated community of Leeward, just moments away from Salt Bar and Grill. This spectacular villa comes with everything you need for the perfect island vacation.
An expansive pool and lounging deck are the jewels of Seagrace Villa. Lined with warm coral stone, the deck is an ideal place to spend relaxing days in the sun. Tons of seating, an outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower, a BBQ/poolside bar, and gazebo seating with a fire pit leave ample room for early morning yoga, late evening cocktails, and everything in between. The villa stocks beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas for day trips to Grace Bay Beach, just 5 minutes away. Explore the community on the villa’s bicycles, or float down the canal on the villa’s kayaks and paddle boards. Mangrove Cay offers a variety of tropical birds, fish and turtles, and Little Water Cay is nearby. Also known as Iguana Island, Little Water Cay has pristine beaches, private lagoons, and tropical iguanas.
The villa is spacious and modern with hints of Bermudian design. Immaculate gardens give way to sleek, contemporary furniture and a spacious living room. The living room has ample seating and natural light. The 64-inch SmartTV is ideally positioned to be viewable anywhere in the room, and there are spectacular views of the pool and gardens. To the left of the living room, there is a large, fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen with an island and bar as well as a formal dining area. Behind the kitchen, there is a children’s bedroom with two single beds, a garden-view king bedroom, and a laundry room. Three bedrooms are off to the right of the living room. The large master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom, and private pool access. Next, there’s a guest suite with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The third is a garden-view king bed with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom.
Seagrace is a gated property near Grace Bay Beach, the marina, and water sports. Thanks to the villa’s bicycles, kayaks, and paddle boards, guests can easily explore the gorgeous shoreline.
