Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and fall asleep to the cooling trade winds. Huge arcs throughout the house make you feel as if you are looking at watercolor paintings and the turquoise blue pool practically blends with the ocean. Two hammocks under a small cabana are perfect for afternoon naps or relaxing in the cool, ocean breeze. This is the perfect spot for making lasting memories with your friends and family.
Beachfront property!
Conched Out is located on the coveted Long Bay Beach and offers panoramic ocean views. With the gentle, almost constant trade winds and fully air-conditioned interiors, every space feels inviting in this private and luxurious villa.
The best part of Conched Out is its beachfront location, and guests can take full advantage of this by lounging in the private, beachside gazebo. The gazebo shades a couple hammocks, which is perfect for travelers who would rather nap than swim. There’s also a wooden canopy that shades adjacent loungers. There’s some swings a few yards from the villa so kids can safely enjoy the sunshine. At the villa, a trapezoidal pool sits at the edge of the expansive deck. Its bordered by loungers and a veranda with a series of arches. Under the veranda, there’s several dining and living areas for guests to relax in. In the evening, make a cocktail in the covered wet bar and follow the stairs to the roof level observation deck to watch the sunset and stargaze. There’s also a gas grill in the wet bar so guests can enjoy barbecued feasts.
Guests can cook gourmet meals in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a dining table. The living room is furnished with ceiling fans, plush love seats, and a flatscreen TV. Conched Out offers seven bedrooms, each with their own A/C units and flatscreen TVs. On the main level, there are four bedrooms. There are three king suites that each have an ensuite bathroom, terrace access, and ocean views; and there’s a twin suite that can be configured as a king and has garden views. The lower level holds the remaining three bedrooms, each with an queen bed. Two suites have ensuite bathrooms and one uses the hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Long Bay is known for its constant waves and calm shores, and is a popular choice for kitesurfing and paddle boarding. This shore is far quieter than nearby Grace Bay, and only five minutes from the nearest restaurants.
Note - Conched Out is maintained by a friendly onsite caretaker who lives in a self-contained apartment with a private entrance.

Best vacation EVER!!!!!
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had the best time at Conched Out! There were 13 of us and plenty of room and things to do for everyone! The staff of Reggie, Ell Bee and Dominica made sure to keep the Villa in tip top shape and clean as a whistle! The added surprise were the 2 men that cleaned the beach of all the seaweed every single day!!!! It was a futile job but they did it and did it well. Any issues that came up, were handled immediately and even some we weren’t aware of were replaced and corrected. The views, the house, the area and even the hospital visit that was needed was amazing! The amenities surpassed our expectations. The owners thought of so many special touches when it comes to cooking for large groups of people.
The memories we were able to make will last a lifetime. Andrew and Sharon were very helpful throughout the entire time from booking until the vacation took place. We would definitely use their company again. They made us feel very special and secure that what we saw online, was truly what we will experience.
We would recommend this home to everyone and won’t be surprised if we don’t rent it again!!!

Absolutely beautiful….
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
There were 10 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for everyone. Long Bay Beach is in my opinion a much nicer beach than Grace Bay. Sooo much quieter and you can literally walk the whole beach and not see anyone. Grace bay is only 5 minutes away for restaurants, etc. We all really enjoyed feeling like you had the whole beach to yourself.
Lovely villa with everything you could need or want.
Thanks Conched Out for a great vacation.
Be aware that the airport is small and traveling Sat- Sat is a nightmare. Very long lines and no air conditioning. Barely had enough time to catch our flight, and we got there 2 1/2 hrs before departure.

Amazing stay!
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
My friends and I stayed here for my birthday pre-covid, back in November 2019! It is now August 2021 and I’m here just now writing a review because we enjoyed our stay that much.
The house is absolutely amazing, and it is what made the trip one of the best ones I’ve been on. The vibe is unmatched, it’s a beachfront property and has every amenity you’ll need. We opted to cook ourselves, so every morning we’d make ourselves breakfast while lounging by the pool, then we’d hop in the ocean then head back to the pool. This is how everyday went, and we’re 100% positive it wouldn’t have been in the same if we didn’t have this house.
Andrew was very helpful and answered all my questions so quickly, and gave me all the recommendations I needed! If you decide to stay here, you won’t regret it!
Andrew was amazing! He replies very quickly and was very knowledgable on everything I needed help with.

Fun With Family
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
We spent a glorious week in this beautiful villa enjoying the best vacation we had in years. The villa was spacious and easily accommodated all 11 of us. Can not say enough about how great it was. So good that we booked it again for next year.
Andrew made the process simple. Even with the delays caused by Covid-19 (we were originally scheduled for 2020) we were able to reschedule with no problems. His recommendations were spot on and fit our needs perfectly.

Our family of nine had a wonderful time at Conched Out. The arrangement of the 7 bedrooms and the common space was perfect offering individual space along with wonderful, beautiful space for the family to gather and spend time together. We would certainly love to return to Turks and to Conched Out again. It truly was the perfect vacation.

Hector and Faye we very nice. Hector was fantastic and more than kind.
We had a wonderful experience with Andrew and Where to Stay. Andrew was so knowledgeable and patient working with us because covid delayed our trip by a year.

Absolutely incredible house with incredible views. We were welcomed with smiles, cold towels and a very delicious rum punch upon our arrival. Very nice touch after traveling.
Sharon took full ownership to making sure that we had an incredible experience. She knew it was my wife’s birthday and went above and beyond to make sure my wife had the perfect experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about Turks and gave great recommendations while we were there. Her follow up from start to finish was spot on!!

Amazing Villa with Beautiful Views
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
We had an amazing vacation at Conched Out. The house was very large and comfortably accommodated 16 people including teens, adults, and elderly grandparents. There are four large, comfortable bedrooms upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs. The house is well-kept, and the property is very private. Hector, the caretaker, keeps to himself but is incredibly helpful and easily accessible. There was a wonderful breeze coming off the ocean during our stay, so we primarily used the air-conditioning while we were sleeping. We made great use of the pool and ocean.
Andrew was a pure joy to work with and incredibly helpful. We took advantage of several of Andrew’s recommendations. The BEST recommendation was hiring Chef Jonathan Krespil from Caicos Cuisine for three nights. He created memorable dinners and was very easy to work with. Chef Jonathan was accommodating, offered great selections, and left the house spotless. I highly recommend treating yourself to a relaxing, chef-prepared dinner.

My family and I just returned from our amazing vacation to Turks and Caicos. We all loved Conched Out. This house was perfect! We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. We had a large group and everyone said they would definitely book this home again. We loved staying on Long Bay Beach. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
We stayed at Conched Out to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren- 15 people in all. The house was perfect for us, there was plenty of room to accommodate all ages from 3 - 83. It was fantastic having the beach and the pool at our fingertips. We ate outdoors for all our meals, and the wonderful breeze made it perfect. The views were beautiful, and wonderful at night with views of the planets as a bonus.
All of our needs were met- Hector was great and so helpful.
We would stay at Conched Out again and wouldn’t hesitate to use WhereToStay for our next celebration.
Our service from WhereToStay was fantastic! Andrew was very helpful every step of the way. He sent us lists of activities, places to go, and restaurants. He also advised us on where to shop for groceries, souvenirs, and other things. We definitely would work with him again.

Great Family Property With Privacy
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa was great and laid out very well. When we arrived, we were greeted by staff with a cool drink and towel. Everyone was very informative and wanted to help. Hector, the house person, was available if needed he but always stayed out of the way. All amenities were available in the house and all aspects of the property fit together very well. We loved the pool area, the hammocks, the swings for the kids, and the beautiful blue/green waters. I would recommend using WhereToStay and renting the Conched Out Villa.
We loved our trip and will return.
Working with Sharon was amazing. She was not only very knowledgeable, but went out of her way to assist with anything we wanted. She made great suggestions and recommended ways for us to also save some money. I would use WhereToStay again for an island trip and would definitely want Sharon as our agent.

We had an unbelievable week at Conched Out.
We had a family vacation with 15 people and the accommodations were outstanding.
From the time we arrived until we departed, we enjoyed every day at the villa.
We plan on going back to this beautiful location in the future.
Shawna was very helpful with everything- she answered all our questions and gave great information on what to do and where to go on the island. Great job!

Conched Out
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
Conched Out Villa in Long Bay Beach was the trip of a lifetime for our large family. The villa amenities were fantastic, and the location on Long Bay Beach was private yet convenient to stores, activities and restaurants.
Hector was wonderful during our stay. We had a few incidents that needed immediate attention, and he was there to “save the day”. The pool was a constant activity for the grandkids and adults in our group. We were able to rent kayaks and paddle boards to use on the beach most days. The house had many beach and pool toys that we were able to use.
The outdoor kitchen and grill area was also an asset. We were able to stay in and cook for a few nights, which was a good thing with our large group.
Sharon was great! She always answered my questions in a timely manner. She had helpful suggestions for water activities, places to eat, and even a photographer for our family picture session. She seemed to know the island and Conched Out well.

Wonderful Vacation! Would Stay Again!
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
The pictures don’t do this villa justice! We had a wonderful, amazing vacation at Conched Out! We were here with our extended family and every room was occupied, but we didn’t feel crowded or closed in. The open space and layout of the house accommodated our large group ranging from 4 years to 73!
The furnishings were clean and beautiful, the pool was amazing & refreshing, and just a few steps to the beach was a cabana and the warmest bluest ocean I’ve ever seen or been in!
Hector was there to help us if we needed anything but he was not intrusive. We loved having the cleaning staff (they made the beds, did a little laundry and washed some dishes). That was a nice treat!
A rental car is a must but we quickly learned it was less than 10 minutes to the closest grocery store as well as a quick trip to the Grace Bay area where a lot of the restaurants and shopping are.
Another nice plus was the house had lots of toys, snorkels, & goggles for the pool, spices & condiments in the kitchen and even suntan lotion & bug spray—that was a nice surprise!
We hope to be back—thank you Conched Out!
Andrew was very helpful and gave us his list of favorite restaurants and names of jet ski and charter boat rentals (we did both), and we even booked a horse back ride.

Amazing Villa!!!
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
We recently stayed for a week at Conched Out Villa for my 50th birthday. There were 14 of us and we had so much fun! The Villa is amazing! The views are truly out of a magazine…breathtaking! There are so many places to relax and enjoy the beautiful breeze coming off the beach. We went snorkeling at Smiths reef, kayaking in Chalk Sound and rented jet skis that we were able to bring right to our beach! Everyone in our group said that it was the best vacation ever! Hector and Lucy couldn’t have been nicer and what a treat to have the house cleaned every day! There was ongoing construction next door (a little closer than I had hoped) but it really wasn’t an issue for us. We could hardly hear them. I would highly recommend Conched Out Villa. I would love to go back!
I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it was to work with Andrew at WhereToStay.com. From the start he was a wealth of information about the villa and the Island. We wanted to hire a chef for a few nights and he gave me a list of chefs to contact. He also gave me a very comprehensive list of restaurants on the island. He was also very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that I had.

A lovely private villa
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
Our family just returned from a wonderful week at Conched Out and it was fabulous. We were met on the steps to this gorgeous home by Hector who took such great care of us. From the moment we walked into the open living area and out on to the deck and pool, with an incredible view of the ocean, we were enthralled. Two of our families had little ones and they appreciated the privacy of the home and especially the gorgeous private beach. Lucy came every day and tidied our rooms and bath, which was a treat as well. The views were spectacular and you must make sure you wake up and sit outside to see the most beautiful sunrises in the world. The pool is lovely but be aware, it does not have a shallow end for the little ones. And most importantly, Andrew was a delight to work with - you can trust him to handle every detail to perfection. We love Turks and Caicos and had a ball, we would definitely book with Andrew and wheretostay again.

A Dream Vacation Home
Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
Oh My….felt like we were having a dream! All 13 of us! Ages 9-74 and the house had something for everybody! Lots of family gathering spaces ...and lots of secluded spots for those get away readers! All was very clean and if we needed something Hector was always there to accommodate! Our 3 outings while there included a snorkeling adventure on a private charted boat, jet skies brought to our house on the water and riding horses in the ocean! We would all give each a #10.
Have already recommended this home to some of our friends here in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Fantastic is all we can say!
Andrew was a delight and always had answers for us whenever needed!
Would work with Andrew on planning any vacation!

Conched Out, Turks and Caicos villa review
The Villa was lovely but the layout was not the best for our family. The stairs to the lower level were a negative and the small bedroom was not ideal for one couple. The home was well appointed and we enjoyed the pool and outside area.
The staff was a 5 star rating. Thank you for the information, the caring and attention that was given to each detail. Ronald was also a good contact as of course was Andrew on line.
