Legasea was designed for outdoor entertainment, with three fire tables, two swimming pools, and an abundance of lounging space. Guests can swim laps in the infinity pool or splash around in the courtyard pool. Several patios and recreational areas are tastefully outfitted around the property, including a second-floor observation deck with an ocean view.  After working out in the fully-equipped ocean front gym, loosen up in the hot tub. This gated property comes with daily pool and beach setup.

With 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, Legasea is a work of art. It is designed with modern furnishings and chic accents. The entire interior has air-conditioning and WiFi. Plush sofas, floor to ceiling windows, and black marble walls exude elegance. It is the ideal spot to sit back and take in the views out to sea. The natural wood dining table for 14 sits adjacent to the living room. Hand clay bead chandeliers provide just the right amount of light for intimate family meals. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with black granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for extra seating. Your private chef will be able to create your culinary masterpieces.  An HD golf simulator and billiard table provide additional entertainment. Each of the six bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and vanity.  The three principal bedrooms feature a stand alone bath tub and outdoor shower. Five bedrooms have king beds and one has two twin over king bunkbeds. This villa is staffed by a housekeeper, chef, and butler.

Long Bay is perfect for water sports thanks to constant wind and a pristine shoreline. Grace Bay is a 15-minute drive away, so guests can easily access restaurants, bars, and activities.
