Pearl West is incredible. This villa is right on Long Bay, which is one of the most private beaches on the island and has constant waves that are perfect for water sports. This villa is truly luxurious, with eight bedrooms, modern decor, an outdoor oasis, and a media room.
Extremely Luxurious Beachfront
Pearl West is part of the Pearls of Long Bay collection directly on Long Bay Beach. This luxurious vacation rental spans 12,000 square feet and offers guests sophisticated indoor and outdoor living.
Opulent outdoor amenities abound amongst landscaped gardens and an expansive deck. Swim in two private pools, a Jacuzzi, and a hot tub, or enjoy a drink from the swim-up bar. The lower level of the deck holds an al fresco living room where guests can retreat to lay on swinging daybeds under a gorgeous chandelier. Walk down to Pearl West’s beach deck to lounge under the canopy or use the villa’s water sports equipment to go kite surfing and snorkeling. Relax in the Turkish steam bath, sauna, and al fresco massage pavilion. Workout in the 1,000 square foot gymnasium or play tennis on the ASBA Certified championship court. Prepare a feast on the BBQ and teppanyaki grill, or leave the cooking to the private chef. A smart music system is wired throughout the home and beach, so guests can enjoy playlists from mounted iPads or their own devices through AirPlay.
Pearl West’s chic interior is all-white, with tons of windows to let the sunlight in. WiFi throughout the house, daily housekeeping, and full air-conditioning make every room comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances and a Nespresso coffee maker, blender, and wine cooler. The private cinema room has 10 cinema seats, a popcorn machine, fridge, entertainment system, Apple TV, and a 95-inch HDTV. All 8 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, a 55-inch flatscreen TV, and a mini fridge. Six bedrooms have king beds and two each have two double beds. Floor-to-ceiling windows open to the ocean, and high vaulted ceilings run throughout. Security guards, code access front gate and main door, and alarm system ensure safety and peace of mind for guests.
Pearl West shares first class amenities with neighboring Lidia House and Pearl East. All three houses can be rented together for The Pearls of Long Bay Estate. Long Bay is known for constant waves and gentle breezes perfect for serene beach days or adventures out on the water.
