One of the most beautiful beachfront estate’s on Long Bay, Triton features eleven bedrooms, an outdoor movie theater with a fire pit, a hot tub, two pools, private tennis and bocce ball courts, a personal butler, and infinite views of the world’s most popular turquoise waters.

The two swimming pools, seaside setting, and cutting-edge architecture of Triton Estate set it apart from any other. This beachfront retreat is perfect for family get-togethers, wedding anniversaries, and other special events.
Triton Estate has two pools and plenty of beachside room to lounge in. Relax in the hot tub as the stars begin to glimmer in the night sky, or start the evening off right with some yoga on the rooftop balcony. In addition to inside and outdoor seating, the Estate also features many outdoor dining areas. On the beach, visitors may relax on the deck or the sand, go for a swim, or paddleboard. Multiple pavilions have the option of being closed off by curtains for seclusion, or left open to take in the scenery. Watch movies on the projector in the sunken lounge as you cook up some grub on the BBQ. Relax on the swinging daybed that overlooks the pool and the beautiful scenery beyond. Play a game of tennis, basketball, or Bocce ball on the property’s own court, or work up a sweat in the fully-equipped fitness facility. Thanks to floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, the majority of the interior may also be opened up to the island breeze and ocean views.
The Great Room is an elegant hub that brings together the kitchen, dining, and TV viewing areas. Two giant sectionals are positioned between the dining table and the flatscreen Smart TV in the central sunken lounge. Six of the seven bedrooms in the main house has a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a rain shower. There are two bedrooms on the ground level, one of which has bunk beds and no exterior access. There are five additional bedrooms with private balconies on the second floor. The master bedroom is massive, and it has a private balcony, walk-in closet, and office space. Three of the bedrooms have soaking tubs, and all of the rooms have stunning views. There are four more bedrooms, all of which are housed in their own bungalows. Each suite contains a king-sized bed and an ensuite with a soaking tub. With a host/butler, housekeeper, and security team on hand, guests can sit back and relax without worrying about a thing.
In addition to its proximity to Grace Bay and Sunset Beach, Triton Estate is located on Long Bay Beach. The Provo Golf Club is only a short drive away, and the resort-style amenities and activities of Turtle Cove are just minutes away from the house.
