We had an unbelievable vacation at Villa Isla. We travelled to celebrate a 60th birthday and had a surprise engagement as well :). It was the perfect house for our extended family trip - plenty of space, beautiful views, amazing pool, paddle boards,... everything you can think of. I was nervous staying in a villa rather than a resort but would not trade it - we loved having our own space but being close enough to everything on the island. The house is in a great location. Leaving the doors open and having the constant breeze and beautiful views was amazing. I have already recommended the house to so many people!
Andrew, Faye and the rest of the team at WhereToStay were great. They answered all my questions before the trip - even called me to make sure my concerns were answered. We used many of the recommendations from the site and all were great.
We had small problems in the house and mentioned - just to make them aware on the day they came for cleaning - they were all addressed that day before we got home! We really did not expect that.
The day we left i started looking up other houses/locations that they managed… i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Villa Isla, Turks and Caicos villa review
From start to finish, our stay at Villa Isla was incredible. The villa is airy and spacious and was a perfect fit for our group of seven. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing, or gather together comfortably for meals and games. The fact that every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom gave the villa a resort feel. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you might need. We used the blender everyday to make pina coladas, and really appreciated the endless supply of ice made with filtered water. The ocean kayaks and paddleboards were a huge bonus and used every day. The set up on the beach is incredible, and there is even lighting down there if you feel like sitting by the waves after dark to sip your wine. The breezes coming off the water on this part of the island are such that we never felt the need to turn on the AC, despite temperature highs every day of 26-27 degrees. The villa always felt cool and breezy. This is our 3rd time renting with WhereToStay, and as always Andrew was a fountain of information and always quick to answer emails promptly with support and advice.
The concierge were also wonderful, and we especially appreciated everything that Faye did to make us feel welcome. Our flight to the island had been delayed, and customs was very slow, so it was heavenly to finally walk through the front doors of Villa Isla and be greeted by Faye with delicious rum punch.
Andrew was a huge help as always. We will definitely continue to use WheretoStay.com for our future vacations, and have recommended it to friends and family as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our incredible stay at villa isla. The management team is impeccable and ensures a beautiful stay. You call and they deliver every time. Can’t beat the pool and sunrise views. Away from all the crowds, but close enough to get to everything. Open all the doors and enjoy the breeze while you stare at the most amazing water. Loved having the pool table, hot tub, games and a fully stocked kitchen. They really thought of everything… will be dreaming of that view until the next time.

Stunning Setting & Luxurious Villa!

Sometimes you book a new vacation spot and upon arrival, the reality doesn’t quite match the pictures or the expectations. This was absolutely NOT the case with Villa Isla! It was exactly as pictured & described - probably even more stunning - with incredible vistas & surroundings. We truly felt like rock stars with our own private beach! The house is beautifully appointed with spacious bedrooms, spa-like bathrooms and an incredibly well-stocked kitchen. In fact, before buying any extra supplies at the IGA, take a look at the inventory, as you probably won’t need much. It came with just about everything you could possibly need: many condiments & spices, utensils, serving bowls, pot/pans etc. The 5-burner gas stove top and immaculate outside grill allowed unlimited cooking options. There is also now a pool table on the outside patio, just off of the kitchen. The infinity pool and oceanfront deck with a hammock are amazing!
The house was spotlessly clean (Faye and her team were awesome!) and we really appreciated the mid-week cleaning. Beautiful travertine floors throughout the house. Many small touches made it especially nice: punch and cold hand towels upon arrival and a complimentary bottle of rum & local beer, fresh flowers in the dining room and bathrooms, as well as the generous supply of nice bath products. Super location, very close to many great restaurants and Grace Bay, while also feeling nicely secluded and quiet. An easy 10-minute drive to the IGA Gourmet grocery and about 20 mins to the airport.
Only a couple of really minor points to consider. When we arrived, the house was completely opened up. It was a beautiful setting and very breezy - looking straight through from the foyer to the ocean - but also quite warm & humid. After traveling all day, we might have preferred to have the house closed and cooler, as it took a little time to cool back down. Not a big deal - really just a personal preference and an option to consider. Also, you may want to watch your electric/HVAC usage, as you’re given a $500 allowance with the rental. Any excess is billed back to you. It ended up not being an issue - we were just careful to turn up the AC during the day and generally keep the doors closed.
The only other concern had nothing to do with the house or the property, but just be prepared to be very patient when arriving & departing at the Provo airport. It was probably just a perfect storm due to the Covid influx & pent-up travel demand, but it was certainly a little challenging & crowded.
Overall, an incredible experience - something we’d definitely do again! Our booking agent Shawna and on-site property manager Faye (and her team) were wonderful to work with!

Villa Isla was the perfect place! Quiet, private and truly a gorgeous Villa! Absolutely everything was perfect. The check-in process was easy and Faye did a great job with showing us around the Villa. The sunrise was able to be seen from every bedroom and did I say while in bed :o) The paddleboards and kayaks were a nice perk. The pool was amazing. You must make this your next place to stay!
Andrew was amazing! He was always available for questions and was a great resource for activities, events and places to go on the island. He kept in touch on any changes. It’s great to see we have the opportunity to work with Andrew again on upcoming vacations.

Just as advertised in the pics the villa was perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect temp. Bathrooms beautiful. The beach area was amazing. Soooo worth the money.
This is my second time booking with WhereTtoStay.com. First for St. Barts and then for Turks. Both times the customer service was amazing!

I can’t say enough good things about Villa Isla. The house, pool and beach deck were more than we could have asked for. While we were there, our group agreed we wouldn’t give up the beach deck or pool for any other house on the island. If you are undecided, choose Villa Isla.
We could have chosen to book Villa Isla, or any house on the island, through any website. I am so happy we chose WhereToStay. Shawna went above and beyond our expectations from the start. She helped us decide where to stay after describing the differences between several beaches and homes on T&C to find which would fit our needs best. Every need and possible problem was brought to our attention before we noticed any issues. She made our entire stay stress-free by recommending restaurants, excursions, chefs, setting up grocery delivery, and talking with us about the island and what to expect - things we would have never had through other companies. She was consistently available and able to answer every single question, and she increased my future expectations for all travel companies. If you are undecided, choose WhereToStay. You won’t regret it.

The house is beautiful. Of all the houses I have rented, I have never stayed anywhere that made my stay so comfortable. The little extras like paddle boards, kayaks, snorkeling equipment, laundry detergent, full bottles of shampoo, bathroom necessities, sunscreen, and bug spray proved that the owners have really thought of everything. The location is great, as it is a short drive to local restaurants. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend Villa Isla.
WhereToStay’s team is so organized and were constantly reaching out to remind us of upcoming things to think about. They’ll help you schedule groceries, reservations, etc. Our flight in was delayed, so one couple arrived hours before the rest of us and didn’t have a car. Faye picked them up from the airport and took them to the grocery store before taking them to the house. WhereToStay really goes above and beyond to take care of every need.

We spent 2 weeks at Villa Isla and have nothing but praise for everyone who helped with our vacation plans. The management staff at the villa especially Michelle were so helpful and friendly. The villa is perfect, and the beach setup was amazing. We will not hesitate to go back again. It is truly paradise!

Even though the weather wasn’t ideal, the house more than made up for it! The pool table, hot tub, hammock on the beach, kayaks, and trampoline in the ocean, my list could go on. I’d stay in this house again without hesitation. It is a little secluded, but that’s exactly what we wanted!
Love Andrew! It was our second time to book a house in Turks with Andrew, and we’re getting ready to book again this summer with him.

Very up to date and nicely modern and just perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of outdoor space to lounge around. 2 sectional sofas and 6 chase lounge chairs are all outside around the pool. We kept the doors open all the way and there was a wonderful breeze blowing through the house. We used the A/C only in the bedrooms at night. We ate breakfast and several lunches in the fully equipped kitchen and ate all dinners out. Plenty of seating inside or outside by the grill and outside refrigerator (used for drinks). Easy steps down to the beach where there were 6 Chaise lounges there. We walked the beach every day as well as swam in the ocean. The pool was very refreshing and so was the hot tub. Plenty of Beach towels were available. Bath towels were plenty too and very nice quality. Mid week cleaning was very nice. The staff was fantastic and very receptive and caring. We rented 2 cars and that worked out well with the diving, and kite boarding and fishing activities that a few or all of us participated in. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa as the perfect place to stay.
Andrew was wonderful and very helpful. I used his recommendations to book dinner reservations.

This was our first time to visit the Turks. We used WheretoStay & had a perfect experience from the start. Upon arrival we were greeted & given a thorough tour of Villa Isla. It was very clear how to work all the amenities. The view is indescribable. All I can say is a color blue that I’ve never seen before! The floor plan is perfect! Every suite has a breathtaking view. It was great for our family. We never needed air condition as the ocean breeze that flows through the giant doors and windows felt great. The beach access is awesome and the pool and hot tub were just right. We can’t wait to hopefully visit here again!
Andrew is awesome! He took such good care of us and made us feel so comfortable with a very large purchase. He also was extremely helpful in what to do and where to go while we were in the Turks. His customer service trickled all the way down to those who cared for us while we were at Villa Isla! We felt very taken care of and will absolutely use Andrew again for future trips!

Absolutely gorgeous villa

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Isla. It was paradise! We traveled with 4 adult couples, which seemed like the perfect amount for the space. The views were stunning, the water beautiful and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The villa is lovely and has everything you would need. Our concierge helped us to set up an in-home spa day (heaven!) and had great recommendations for our stay. I would have rated with 5 stars but we had a few hiccups including an issue with the downstairs toilet not flushing properly, a broken dishwasher (fixed same day) and a super squeaky mattress in the master bedroom as well as a shower door that doesn’t seem to be fitted right, which leads the glass to slam loudly when you close it. That said, the villa manager and maintenance team were amazing, and always got back to us promptly. I highly recommend Villa Isla and would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend!
