Belvedere Villa is a 3,500-square-foot villa in North Caicos’ Bottle Creek neighborhood. Its waterfront setting and endless amenities make it perfect for family vacations, while maintaining a true oasis of peace and sustainability. The entire property is powered solely by solar panels, providing a reliable and eco-friendly source of energy.
Shaded and sunlit seating options line Belvedere’s outdoor terrace. The infinity edge swimming pool is lined with sun loungers making it the perfect place to bask in the sun, read a book, or simply enjoy the views. After taking a dip in the pool, guests can stroll down the pathway to the waterfront deck outfitted with chairs. In the evening the BBQ grill is perfect for grilling a fresh feast, and the outdoor sofa makes for the ideal gathering place to kick back and enjoy a cold drink. Inside the living area, there’s a flatscreen TV, ample seating, and a wall-to-wall ocean view that blends the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The fully equipped kitchen merges seamlessly with the living and dining area. The three bedrooms at Belvedere are beautifully decorated with plush bedding and comfortable furnishings. The king master bedroom and a queen suite are located on the upper level boasting mesmerizing ocean views and private balconies. The third bedroom is a queen suite and is located on the lower level. To reach this slice of paradise, visitors must first fly to Providenciales International Airport, also known as PLS. From there, travelers can take a short taxi ride to the ferry terminal in Leeward, where they can catch a ferry to Sandy Point Marina in North Caicos.
