COMO Parrot Cay - The Resort is a luxurious Turks and Caicos beachfront property. This unique vacation rental is made up of three houses: the Main House with three bedrooms and two four-bedroom Guest Houses.
Owned by one of COMO Parrot Cay’s most valued guests, The Residence is for people who seek pampered comfort with stunningly dramatic ocean views. On the beach, guests can splash around or layout in the palapa. Back at the villa, the 70ft by 45ft infinity pool is perfectly sized for swimming laps. Loungers and daybeds surround the pool, and a dining table and couches furnish the covered porch. Both guest houses have private pools and screened porches as well, so everyone can enjoy the sun privately or collectively. COMO Parrot Cay has water sports and tennis if guests want to ride over to the main resort.
The Residence’s central villa has ocean views and full air-conditioning. The cool, calm interior is perfect after a day of sun, with white and teak decor to balance the vibrant surroundings. The lower level holds the common area and two guest suites on either side of the living room. The dining table sits adjacent, and the kitchen is towards the home’s entrance. There’s also a study, a library, and a powder room. Both guest bedrooms have king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. Upstairs, the Master Suite takes up the entire floor, with an entertainment system, living area, Master Bathroom, and king-sized bed. In the Guest Houses, there are two Master Bedrooms that each have a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. Both Guest Houses also have a children’s room with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom.
COMO Parrot Cay has a fitness center, public pool, bars, restaurants, trails, a library, and business center. Guests have private butler service and daily housekeeping, and COMO Parrot Cay’s staff is also available for babysitting, laundry service, and security.
