Beachfront Estate!
Rocky Point at COMO Parrot Cay is located on nearly two acres of beachfront property on a private island off the coast of North Caicos. This fully air-conditioned villa is ideal for a family vacation or couples’ getaway, and has stunning views.
Rocky Point has access to resort fitness facilities, and is near water sports and tennis. The villa has direct beach access, and is just a few minutes’ walk from coconut and banana plantations. Guests can swim in the villa’s 45-foot x 16-foot heated, negative-edge pool or sunbathe in loungers around the deck. Dine al fresco or walk to the tiki hut for massages. On the pool deck and veranda, guests will find comfortable daybeds for afternoon naps. Wood-framed sliding glass doors replace walls in many of the rooms to create an open-air ambiance and allow interior access from any point on the deck.
The living room wraps around the deck and borders the kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the entertainment system, complete with a satellite flatscreen TV and DVD player. Wooden floors, whitewashed walls, and modern accents decorate the interior. The kitchen has a butler’s entrance and stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 8. There’s also a powder room near the dining table. In the Main House, there’s a bedroom on each side of the common area. Both suites have a king-sized bed, study, and an ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. They each have access to the pool deck and the living room, and have a private porch with ocean views. The air-conditioned Master Suite is separate from the Main House, and has its own living room with an entertainment system and a private porch with views.
