Emerald Waters is a gem hidden amongst canals and palm trees on the southern end of Providenciales. This luxurious waterfront villa features modern interiors, manicured gardens, and Mediterranean architecture.
Emerald Waters’s waterfront deck is furnished with loungers, an outdoor shower, and a sandy cove. An exterior staircase leads up to the sundeck and lap pool, which are furnished with loungers and umbrellas. There are several places in the sun and shade to relax, dine, and unwind. A barbecue grill, fridge, and sink form an outdoor kitchen near one of the dining areas; and, the sundeck is furnished with several armchairs and coffee tables where guests can enjoy cocktails. A reclaimed wood dining table sits beneath rattan pendant lights under the veranda, and sliding glass doors lead into Emerald Waters’ elegant living room.
The open-concept living room features ample seating, a 60” flatscreen TV, and a library. The adjacent kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, and a large center island where guests can prep and dine. The master suite is just off the living room and offers a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and exterior access. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and garden views; while the third bedroom has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and pool access. The loft overlooks the living room and has two twin beds. Emerald Waters also has a self-contained queen suite with a kitchenette, laundry facilities, bathroom, and a private patio.
Emerald Waters has an ideal location with tranquil surroundings and convenience to activities. The Providenciales International Airport is a short drive away, and Grace Bay’s restaurants, bars, and water sports can be reached in less than 10 minutes.
