Oceanfront property with stunning views!
Oceanside Tower is a beautifully understated villa offering simple luxury in a waterfront setting. This gated, four-bedroom home is located in the quiet Silly Creek peninsula.
Outfitted with wraparound verandas, tasteful decor, and modern finishes, the villa’s neutral design emphasizes the ocean’s vibrancy. Sunbathed and shaded teak decks ensure relaxation, and the oceanfront deck offers loungers and a staircase into the sea. An infinity-edge pool overlooks the sea and borders the veranda furnished with al fresco dining and seating. Although Oceanside Tower has a convenient location, it’s also gated and guarded by a security system.
The kitchen appliances are hidden behind custom carpentry, and stainless steel finishes add modern contrast. Air-conditioning and vaulted ceilings keep the common area cool, from the dining table to the plush living room. A curved staircase in the entryway leads upstairs to the office, master suite, and 360º ocean views. Housekeeping visits twice per week for maintenance.
Each of the four bedrooms has a bathroom, views, and exterior access. The upper level master has a king bed, a balcony, and a flatscreen TV. The garden suite has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private terrace. The queen suite is on the lower level and has an adjacent bathroom. The fourth suite has two twin beds that can be configured as a king, an ensuite bathroom, and a seafront deck.
Oceanside Tower is minutes from Chalk Sound, which is home to Las Brisas’s restaurant and paddle board rentals. Sapodilla and Taylor Bay are also nearby, and are lauded for their vibrant sunsets and peaceful coasts.

Oceanside Tower Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Oceanside tower was a lovely home! We loved our week there! Very spacious , great deck and great deck space by the water! We loved all the amenities of the home… kitchen was very well stocked, bathrooms well stocked and outside wells stocked! Appreciated all the kayaks! The decor was awesome! The screened in patio was great especially in the evening! All the bedrooms were very spacious, beds very comfortable and. Bathrooms were great!
For outside the pool was great ans having the covered space out there was helpful when it got hot! The water by the house was so clear we loved swimming there every day and saw stingray and other fish! Overall the house was awesome and would stay again!
Andrew was great to work with! When I had questions before our trip he answered quickly and was very helpful!

Oceanside Tower Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. It turned out to be perfect.
The view was incredible, the location was private, and we loved having the pool and ocean right there.
The water was calm and nice to swim or float in.
Overall, our favorite thing about the house itself was the Great Room with the sliding glass doors on three sides—a great way to catch a breeze. The house was well taken care of, and had everything we needed for our vacation. I can’t think of anything more relaxing than enjoying a Corona while watching the sunset over the ocean!
We can’t wait to go back and stay in this same villa in June.
