Beach House is all about location, location, location. It’s on Taylor Bay, which is one of my absolute favorites on Turks and Caicos. This quiet slice of beach is on the southern end of the island and it has the most gorgeous sunset views. Sapodilla Bay and Chalk Sound are nearby, so you can kayak on the water or in the sound. There’s tons of water sports equipment at the villa, so you don’t have to worry about rentals.
Luxury beachfront property in Taylor Bay!
Beach House exudes luxury and style from Taylor Bay, one of the island’s most understatedly beautiful beaches. This 5,400 sq. ft. home offers four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and its own guest house to accompany any group of travelers.
Taylor Bay Beach’s quiet cove and shallow waters sit steps away from the villa. Sugar white sand and a few hundred feet of knee-deep water make this cove ideal for guests of all ages. Standup paddle boards and snorkeling gear are available for days in the sea. A private volleyball court is set up on the sand, and guests have access to tennis courts and rackets. Beach House’s beachside loungers, canopy, and outdoor daybeds sit along the sand, and a private walkway leads up to the villa. An impressive pool sits in the center of the sundeck surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. White curtains billow in the breeze around the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a built-in gas BBQ and sink.
The open living space enjoys a bright, airy color palette and doors that open to the water. The elegant dining table seats 10, and a second lounge sits off the living room for movie nights. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with white cabinetry, marbled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seafoam backsplash. SONOS sound systems run throughout, and a security system with a remote key is built-in to the villa. Beach House offers four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa’s master suite, queen suite, and bunk room all open to a patio or balcony with ocean views. The queen suite and bunk room both have flatscreen TVs, as well. The fourth bedroom is in the guest house, and enjoys its own queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.
Taylor Bay is known for gorgeous sunsets, peace and quiet, and proximity to Chalk Sound. Sapodilla Bay is minutes away, and Las Brisas restaurant and water sports rentals is a short drive from the villa. Beach House is also a 15-minute drive from Grace Bay’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Private chef services are also available.

Paradise
Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
Two adults and six young adults stayed for a lovely week. From the greeting at our rental car to meeting Adele at the villa for our tour to having John the property manager a text away - a true luxury experience. Home was lovely as were the figs in the orchard. We hired Chef Thomas Musson for the week outside of a dinner at coco Bistro in Grace bay mid week. We were spoiled by our stay. We even purchased a volleyball in GB and played a few nights on the sand in front of our villa. Where To Stay and Andrew and his staff never disappoint! I wouldn’t do it without them!

The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. The views from the home are spectacular. The beach and quiet cove make it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island! We had a great time,

Beach House, Turks and Caicos villa review
The beach house went above our expectations. Loved the outdoor pool and patio and the shallow waters of Taylor bay. Infinity pool, loved it. Open indoor living was great. House manager Adele and Conceirge Kerry were so helpful. Loved every moment
Andrew went above and beyond . He always responded to all my questions in a timely manner and I especially loved his suggestions . Very honest response sea which were greatly appreciated. He made our trip stress free. Thank you so much
