Hesperides is one of a kind. The location couldn’t be better either, because it’s close to Sapodilla Bay and Las Brisas Restaurant. The sunset views are so beautiful that there’s a whole deck devoted to them. The owner has built steps for easy access into the ocean for swimming, snorkeling and kayaking.
Stunning contemporary villa!
Hesperides House is a contemporary villa on the southwestern shore of Provo in the exclusive Silly Creek Estate. The estate has sea views across the Caicos Bank to West Harbor Point.
The infinity edged pool and waterfront gazebo add luxury to the villa’s outdoor space. The bi-level pool deck provides ample space for lounging chaises and seating. An additional deck sits just at the edge of the cliff, with adirondack chairs to take in the sunsets. Across the deck, closer to the villa, an outdoor dining space complete with a fire pit and BBQ grill provides a chance for al fresco meals. The covered dining space just beyond seats 8, with a ceiling fan above. An additional covered outdoor living area sits around the corner.
The indoor living space is modern and chic, with a family-style sectional and flat screen TV. The indoor dining space sits behind the sectional and seats 10, with a breakfast bar adjacent. Behind the breakfast bar is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The library features a 65” TV, Sonos, and home theater system.
The master suite has an outdoor tub and shower, as well as wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has sliding glass doors on two walls, both of which open to the pool terrace. The third bedroom has a window bench with a large window that’s perfect as a reading nook. The fourth bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the covered walkway just off the pool terrace. The fifth and final bedroom opens to the covered walkway as well, with a small garden just outside the door. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath.
Hesperides is located on the edge of a national park, which provides miles of shoreline and deserted beaches. Sapodilla Bay and Las Brisas restaurant on Chalk Sound are a short drive from the villa.

Hesperides House, Turks and Caicos villa review
The villa was absolutely wonderful! The view was spectacular, and there was plenty of privacy for each couple. We never felt like we were in each other’s space. The weather was great, although it felt hotter than low 80’s. We are from Houston, Texas so 80º for us is cool. The management staff was extremely helpful each time we reached out with a question or concern. I would definitely stay here again. I only wished I had a couple of extra days on the trip.
Andrew is the ultimate professional and very knowledgeable about the villas.

Excellent Villa
Hesperides House, Turks and Caicos villa review
We have spent 7 vacations in Turks, and this villa was by far the best we have ever stayed at (to be fair, the price was higher). The amenities were perfect, and we enjoyed the house, pool, fire pit, kayaks, and gorgeous sunsets every day.
We did experience a couple of issues that could be resolved for future renters. The water in the villa is hot. Even for showers , there isn’t much cold water. This might make the bill higher for owners. Additionally, the dishwasher must be run for an extraordinary length of time to clean dishes. Again, more expense to owners than a problem for us. The only other helpful hint would be to have a guide book for the TV and radio speakers. It appears that the speakers are wired, but we were never able to figure it out.
The items noted above are more owner considerations- for renters, this is a fantastic home in a great location. We may even try to stay for a month next year.
Andrew was great to work with. He’s always proactive when helping us maneuver our trips and locate last minute reservations. He is a joy to work with.
